I cannot believe what I am reading. On the 22 of October they target end of October concentrate delivery and 4 days later they have to announce delay.
And I was just getting every so mildly positive that production was ongoing.
A week makes no real difference of course but it shows how incompetent and out of control this board really is. They have no clue what they are doing.
And then another placing to top it off. Sure.
Hope everyone now sees what I have been saying for a long time, AP needs to go, only then does this company have a change, if it's not too late.

Well, the article itself doesn't seem to agree. This is the section in question.;

"The fact that public companies must rotate engagement partners every five years, as mandated by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, sometimes plays a role in the decision-making process.."

So, if it really is 5 years why didn't BOO change last year, as that is when pwc time was up.
So clearly companies can keep their aiditors longer than the 5 years of Sarbanes Oxley and that is exactly what the above sentence from the article indicates.

It's quite the coincidence that the change takes place after all the bad press of the last months.

There is absolutely no reason why NCYT would have to do a placing as they are making shiploads of money, unlike SNG hence the copmarison. And that in my view is the answer to your deramp here. Unless you are clueless of course which begs the question why you invested here in the first place.

Look at what Numis have done for GGP. Upgrade notes on shares and the SP consistently over delivers. That is the real message!

Payment decision today at today's SP. Tomorrow 7am rns to announce payment election. Shares or cash... Should be cash really but interesting coincidence, the rise today. We shall see tomorrow. Doesn't make much difference to the 11bln shares in issue already but if payment in shares appears this rise is to be taken with some bags of salt.
