This is painful to watch and gut wrenching as I have significant of my capital invested here.

Just considering where we were 2 week ago and now at this level is depressing.

With a decent dividend being paid in September should prevent a substantial drop over the next few months.

Strong results and profit reported by Saudi Aramco earlier today and talk of increasing production / output capacity.
I'm hoping this positive sentiment spills over to the production business and is good for PFC on Monday.

I'd like to hear the thoughts of paddyboy and pokerchips on the Trading update. What did you guys think of the trading update?

It’s not that bad given the circumstances and UAE suspending awards. Let’s see how much of that is already baked in to the price on Friday. Lots of positive upbeat assessments from the CEO.

It could have been worse, so I’m planning to hold here.

With the Lufkin court case looming over PFC head now delayed for a further 3 months; we should perhaps now focus on the 28th June Trading update coming up. What will that update contain…?

For what reason. Does anyone know? Given that this is news that pertains to Petrofac, shouldn't they release an RNS on the matter?

There definitely needs to be a time limit on these SFO investigations. How they can continue forever is beyond me!

Agree this has been depressing. I held for a few weeks around 4k shares and this went no where. I finally sold yesterday and followed paddyboy into NEX which looks more promising.

Agree with poker, it appears as if BlackRock are increasing their short position here.

I suspect this RNS may be supporting the current SP otherwise we might have been a little lower.

Given the direction of oil price in the last few days and this still lingering at 250 levels is concerning to me.
I understand the sector is in a bit of a downtrend or unloved at the moment. I'm struggling to see what will bring the lift up here which I'm hoping for.

This is looking good! Hopefully no additional shorters in sight! I'm hoping we get to atleast 1.38 level nearer the close.

Agree with your post. I highly value Pokerchips views and comments on here. Just wish he would not bother to waste energy engaging with posters who clearly have an alterior motive and agenda.
