Administration won't happen unless the companies creditors ie...anyone they owe money to can force the company into liquidation in order to turn assets into cash and retrieve some cash...that could be unpaid wages...unpaid rent...unpaid taxes .....the winding up order I saw that was granted against a company that owed money to a company that was in administration ...for unpaid taxes....

The picture is blurry...all of these deals were announced after the company was suspended ... Fulham wasn't announced via rns ..it was through other channels... The icon was on their site ..then it wasn't ... The Ellis deal was announced while the company was suspended too - if it's fallen through it must have been very recently ..ie within days of the Fulham deal on the 21st of August...The marketing guy seems to have gone ...unpaid and claims the deal has fallen through ...the deals , the personnel changes even the funding should not have a bearing on the accounts being audited which was the reason given for the suspension. Ie a company could still have an audited set of accounts....and have all sorts of business issues and be trading on the exchange. If of course they have run out of cash and all means of funding then their creditors could force them into full administration or try to issue a winding up order to try and get their cash back.

the Eliis deal was signed on the 18th of July the Fulham deal was announced on the 21st of August...but not by rns according to our new chums Ellis fell through within weeks .... timing looks odd wouldnt you say...why havent SAFC, NUFC been pulled?

there was news but no rns.....

The point is we can do nothing about selling or buying until this is out of suspension ...if that day ever arrives ! At the moment I've written my investment down to zero and if we relist then it's a bonus....

ask your contact again for an update.... best laid plans...etc etc i personally cannot see an employee or consultant however disgruntled putting their cards on the table on a bb stock forum...however the same sort of stories have come from three different brand new posters.... in essence we are all trapped at the moment and there is nothing we can do as the stock is suspended ..so we all sink or swim together....at the moment all we know for a fact is the accounts are yet to be published, the agm passed all resolutions (including the ability to issue up to 100 million 1p shares....) and the accounts are promised the week of the 3rd of September... then add in what people have ascertained directly from the company ....

that's why it's best to as humanly possible always always DYOR....

sounds sensible - there is plenty of spookulation but we didnt have any deals when they were suspended ... they all came after suspension.... the company are either a going concern with audited accounts ....or not!

thats the proxy form with the 2010 accounts.....
