Sunderland deal and other premiership clubs are forward looking... the accounts are backward looking ... again i cant believe Sunderland would have touched them with a barge pole let alone do a 3 year deal with them if they thought for a moment the company would not be around......and clearly as an output of their due diligence they require WGP to strengthen their balance sheet...ie raise cash somehow....apparently the deal is already on the Sunderland FC website.....

Resource assets...next half will be better....all those cash shell type cos that have not committed cash into the market are probably much better off for it..however look at this from ZOL yesterday.... The board believes that the current decline in commodity prices will provide significant opportunities in the second half of 2012.......

i like the last rns too... jv with Bruce Rowan...now why set that up and do nothing? there are im guessing a lot of cheap resource assets waiting for cash...the jv can always raise funds IF there's a deal to be had so the small start of 100k gbp is not really a cap on the future.... look at this from ZOL yesterday... That doesnt just apply to ZOL.... no one really is investing now...prices are distressed (or suspended!) ..so pick those seeds that you think will flourish in the future ...maybe 3-6 months from now...or more... todays rns was a small positive but it looks like someone has dumped as the offer has dropped.....that was not a sell rns...so we have a long way to go to get people to behave with some normality...i see an opportunity now down here others still see as an exit point!

i dont think you quite understand...the directors have to buy every month....have to..they are forced buyers - regardless of price...admittedly a small amount but if there is no stock available.....

i like the rns it means that there will be small regular buys every month into an illiquid small cap

I like your posts as youve been suffering here a long time , know the company inside out but have not let the massive drop in value embitter you , like some others, to any potential upside based on real news.... I think all investing is about at the start being on the right side of the trade... It's a lot easier to be bullish if you bought at 4-5p and the prices is rising to test 10p .....than it is if you are sitting on the wrong side at 60p..for example... I dont think anything anyone posts on a suspended share is for very obvious technical reasons.. (you can't buy or sell it!!!!) going to change the price of the share.... I think the Sunderland and other premier club news was good and unexpected...suspending trading due to late accounts ..not great ( but there seems to be a trend .....BSP, PAA...among a few others) but neither can do anything to the price...its too late to sell and you cannot buy....with my limited understanding of the company IMHO I can't see why Sunderland would be happy to entertain a 3 year contract with a fiscal basket case...so their view as a client is quite different to some shareholders and market pundits.... I hope it doesn't go private and come back in 2 years..but if it did so at 800p...I'm sure a few wouldn't complain!!

if it re-listed today with the accounts looking ugly ..but in the past and the funding still unknown but some good names on the table for deals would you be happy to pay 8p?? 10p?? 20p?? 30p??

there are some shares to buy always...however up until the suspension the seller had not re emerged as far as level 2 or stock supply was concerned....

30p ..plus .. i do see a lot of highly ambitious targets for suspended shares from both the bears and the bulls.. 30p would be fantastic but to start trading up through 10p would be great news...imho
