He hasn't sold and that's why there no mention of a director deal. A specific RTO target was indeed put to the board and is currently in process. I'm hopeful that it's European Lithium. REM has already demonstrated the positive market reaction to Lithium plays, and the chance to get in at the ground level (and particularly before the herd) is compelling.

1.Lets hope we have a nice update from Chris next week - if he was in London promoting the company with new products coming to market the price action here certainly in the last 2-3 months is running in the opposite direction of the company - it would be great to see some hard sales however the price here suggests its going to the wall and not simply a risked tech co awaiting those maiden sales.... 2.Darwin are still around - they still have 120k to convert - they understand that selling shares for an average price 33% higher than 120k and then dropping the price to create a nice low price means they make a mint - that 225 mill (Thursday) was done at 0.024... the issue was at 0.01774....they made 30k gbp on that 100k...(and to make a 30k profit they wiped 9.5 mill gbp off of ALRs market cap - sick eh!). 3.However ONCE they are gone the price will recover v quickly - look at how fast the real offer moved in the afternoon... within the space of maybe 10-20 minutes 1 mill shares went from costing 230 quid to 340 quid....that's why people are gambling here as there really is a lot of money that could be made from this level.....

whats the buy limit?? seems large buys and the price doesnt change interestingly there are no LSE orders on the book only mms.....

see they put up the offer quckly in larger steps now 136 mill traded and most of em are buys clearing Darwin just a function of volume.... momentum kicks in the more buy the faster the price recovers to where it should be!

that sounds pretty rational hard to believe IPSA could have the cash in the bank by Tuesday next week.... the market is down on a sell today..... still cant buy that many (few 100k max)
