i think they may have to give free balloons with every share to get it going..... i think the real trigger for re rating would be that cash payment OR some other financially substantive positive peice of news....

the nms is 3k so you can only buy if you put in a fill or kill order for 3k at the current offer.... when you can buy its normally a max of 5k...hence the 5k buys.... this is highly illiquid and thats why a 950k 200k 100k and 50k trade are highly significant imho

to be a holdings rns for a transaction of that size.,....

is some kind of off market transfer or sale between parties and they were reported at a price they were agreed t but that may well have been a day 2 dayts 3 days before

i dont think ALBA would be a RTO vehicle ...still either 3LEG or AVP however like PIRI it could be an investor in the IPO....

look at the actual directors at European Lithium ALBA may well be involved along with PIRI and 3LEG.,....or AVP or all of them or none of them!
