no one in their right mind could argue a 3.2 mill gbp cash payment is a bad thing or they current price is stupidly cheap..... lets see if we get news on the other kit for sale (4 mill gbps worth) once the cash has been received....

id fully expect them to pay down Turbocare.... that would be great news... balance sheet will look a lot better with a chunk of debt removed.... nav is over 7p too

my thoughts are that IF the rto isnt 3LEG it could be AVP or MITH.,.,...however whichever company it isnt the others would imho take a stake in the ipo....they all have cash (PIRI 3LEG AVP)....and clearly lithium is a hot play,,,i note also VELA have increased their holding in 3LEG

where has the next conversion happened?? i cant see it happening... i told every one the last two were happening BEFORE the rns as they are easy to spot they might convert the last last one but todays price is being driven by pis and not Darwin

its either going to be REM mark 2 or AMP mark 2 not exactly a bad choice if it comes to the pass!

no idea but the ipo was meant to be 5 mill gbp....l and if it is then this is the next REM.....

IPSA/RUR news due in the next 48 hours The combined loans are now GBP550,000 and will be repaid on 31 March 2015 from the proceeds of the contracted sale of a controlling equity stake in Rurelec's Canchayllo hydroelectric plant in Peru. Rurelec is due to receive net proceeds of US $6.5 million from this sale during the course of March. As part of the reduction in the size of the facility, Rurelec has agreed with Radix not to issue the 16.8 million warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary shares in Rurelec at an exercise price of 7.3 pence per share previously announced on 24 December 2014. Rurelec will now be making the previously announced payment to IPSA Group PLC from the proceeds of US $6.5 million.

how can you let people know the price of something that isnt known until the point of conversion as its based on the 3 previous days average price using some other Darwin beneficial forumula.... the higher the price the less shares issued,,,, if anything you think a Darwin conversion is happening then buy as many shares as possible to get the price as high as possible....

they arent connected - the companies business activities have nothing to do with when Darwin converts....
