its a moot point however simply look at the chart! 1st conversion started after the deal rns....imho who knows if the next has already started i still think from this price today there is a great deal of upside buy at 0.025 and you could make 4-5 times thats simply on Darwin being exhausted..... 0.30 and you 10 bag.... not a silly figure as it has fallen 98%!!!

50k was sold at 0.0675 for 74 mill shares 100k was sold at 0.017733 for 564 mill the exercise started after that sales rns imho so it dropped 98% to todays price that market cap with the new shares is 800k gbp??? if it drops another 98% it will be a market cap of 20k! so its not going to do that....... however the next could be at a similar price for maybe 700 mill shares

why do anything to the structure of the co to keep shareholders sweet to meet a 120k converion of debt.... corporate restructuring costs money..... ALR need to preserve cash to get sales.... they dont need to waste money keeping Darwin happy....

170k of cln has cleared... the rest will clear.... just a question of how long.... with 50 mill already traded...45 mill buys it might take less time however it looks like the market too stock and pre sold with that size the next issue could be for a larger size however its 120k gbp in money terms...

150k converted 120k to go it can go on for months conversion will only happen if Darwin can actually sell stock

yes thats Darwin alone look at the news here the date and then the price action the only rns in the last few months was the distribution deal and the price rose to 0.70p )thats 35-40 times todays price. there has been no other news or holdings rns the only seller has been Darwin

this coould open 0.01-0.02 thats a LOT of shares still to sell however Darwin wont want to sell below issue price and they cant issue below 0.0125....
