50cc - see below excerpt from the RNS ...
"Section 304 of the Act requires the Directors to call such a general meeting within 21 days of the date of receipt of the Requisition and to hold such general meeting on a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice convening such general meeting."
So up to 49 days after the requisition was received. These need to be clear days under section 360 so you ignore the received date, the date that the meeting is called and the meeting date itself when calculating the number of days. Weekends are included though.
CD&P was also mentioned in the 20th Nov court listing and Devex commented about there being a 3rd set of lawyers involved at the time.
Conyers Dill & Pearman?
To me the fact there is a court hearing next week gives me a big confidence boost.
It means that ZZ still thinks he has a case worth pursuing and nothing has happened in the interim that means that it is no longer worth fighting for and paying legal fees.
But couldn't we argue the same for Hope? No because it's not a symmetrical situation. If ZZ drops the case then it simply goes away but if Hope caves then he has $56m to cough up. So Hope has got to continue and is probably looking for an OOCS.
Just my opinion.
P.S. If you're looking in Mole then I hope things on the home front are improving.
"What i cant get head round is : why, if they are OMFs lawyers, is it Hope &Ors. specified on the listing?"
Could it be that a director's fiduciary responsibility is a personal responsibility rather than a corporate one?
Another reason could be because "Hope &Ors" is the original target of Frontera's action - would the GCC have any reason or power to adjust who Frontera is pursuing?

Johnny - did you read the whole RNS? It states that Brockham restarted on 4th Jan and added that perforation had already taken place. Flow rates need a CPR so probably next week at earliest for that.
I would have thought that the next RNS would be to announce hydrocarbons at the surface. That could land at any time. MMs know that too as they flush out the weak and fill their boots. The herd is waiting at the gates.
Big thanks to Alan for going to the effort of keeping us enlightened from a distance. Total disgrace that he has been banned. Admin - please take note that an injustice has been done here and common sense would be to reverse this ban forthwith.
Anyway - here's what the ANGS board might have sounded like earlier today. Just substitute "Alan2017" for "Spartacus" :-) ...

Baits - I was just basing it on these figures being bopd averaging out to 3 bopd for the entire period. So there could be upwards of 1100 barrels having gone into these tanks since last March and who knows whether tankers have come and gone during this time. Or have I mis-read the data?
The other Brockham well has been flowing since last March - according to this link posted yesterday:
https://itportal.ogauthority.co.uk/pprslive/production-data?start_date=Sep+2018&production_type=OIL&production_unit=OIL_FIELD_UNITS&operator=ANGUS+ENERGY+LIMITED®ulatory_jurisdiction=LANDWARD
Therefore a possibility could be that yesterday's tanker was just making space in the storage tanks in preparation for the taps being turned on this week. Maybe expecting that they will need as much capacity in these tanks as possible to keep up with what is going to be gushing up from underground! So if there was already > 220 barrels in there then it would make sense to take it out up front.
route1 - lol, okay we get the picture that you don't like this share. And?
Nice summary there Icarus! Hopefully you've also watched some of the Tim Livesey interviews - a safe pair of hands in my opinion.
MrP - I couldn't help watching this again after your comparison with Buritica :-)

Great news Knuttie - put's everything into perspective. All the best!
"MM's make money either way - price up or down"
But here it's the MMs that move the price up and down in the direction that makes them most money. That is SETSqx. You may be thinking of SETS where buying and selling will drive the price and then you are quite correct that the MMs make money whatever.
Re Chartist2: No troll in my opinion. I'm just a bit perplexed why someone who appears to profess such a good understanding of technical analysis is unable to grasp that it can't be applied to shares that are primarily driven by market makers' own profit making agendas. If an explanation as to how TA can be applied in such circumstances then I'm all ears - but I can't see how.
Chartist2 wrote "Alfacomp, you owe me an apology!"
Hilarious!
I'll repeat again that this type of TA cannot be applied to shares that are priced under SETSqx. TA only works if the share price is investor driven - but BMN (along with many other AIM shares) is MM driven until they either get overwhelmed by volume or have cleared other agendas. With that in mind, can you please explain how TA can be used for a share such as BMN?
Thanks MrP for the reminder of the value of what's in the box.
