If 19th Dec is the date taken for qualifying holders is the 1/49 allocation based on the no. of shares held at that time or is it the no. of shares held at the time of applying to exercise your option to buy?

Halifax online chat agent suggested the Corporate Actions prompt under Rockhopper Communication will come out after Xmas.

Halifax online chat agent has just suggested there will be a prompt in Corporate Actions under Notifications or History. And you will get a Rockhopper Communication prompt in Share Dealing and Stock and Shares ISA accounts. You will need to elect in both andd ensure funds are in each. Still worth checking online or calling them though as I wasn't flagged for Corporate Action comms back at the previous voting of accepting the Board recommendations of the raising through OO.

Is the 1/49 offer calcs based on the no. of shares you held at 6pm on 19th or is the 19th just recognising that you held at that time.

Well, that was quite a timely query.

I guess my next questions would be is the OO likely to be set at a retrospective date or even tomorrow?

Should we be looking to set a stop loss ahead of dilution?

Will the market see the Financial Close and OO as a positive given they know it's intentions and not just aimed at keeping us afloat?

If wanting to top slice for diversification of your portfolio (say towards Tungsten mining for example), when best to execute that sell/buy activity?

Appreciate I'm asking crystal ball type questions but happy to digest and reflect on any responses.

With Financial Close due in the coming weeks are we likely to see any kind of short term spike upon that confirmation RNS? Appreciate the resultant OO RNS will quickly follow. Keen to know posters thoughts (away from the rampers and derampers agendas) on whether Financial Close would bring the much needed market confidence and newsflow that saw us quickly reach 93p on the day of the last RNS before the full situation was digested? Will having the money in the bank bring the kind of sentiment that many felt would see us at £1+. Appreciate the OO may bring some buying/selling noise for a bit too. Genuine question from a LTH but novice investor.

Any estimates in how the projected NPV translates to Q1/Q2 SP. Genuine question as there's been anything from 2p-13p suggested recently. Appreciate there's still Pad 2 and Pad 3 to come in support of the MRE but interested to know people's thoughts based on potential results, current commodity prices, no. of shares in circulation etc. Thanks for any insights and updates. I guess we can all have a stab at where we are on the Lassonde Curve and we'll be subject to ramping and deramping agendas but keen to know collective opinion and the logic applied to any responses.

Hoping to top slice some post RKH FID next week and park it here for Q1 news flow. Both companies seem to be on the verge of their corresponding Lassonde curve rallies albeit at different stages. Not brave enough to trade so will just look to shift my portfolio ratio back and forward to suit. Will no doubt get the timings wrong but feels like huge opportunities for both. Thankfully this BoD seems very switched on too.

"The Aoka Mizu’s departure from the North Sea is part of a wider trend that has seen other drilling rigs and production vessels leave the UK for Norwegian waters, or head to regions like the Middle East as Britain winds down its offshore oil and gas industry. The vessel in question has worked in the British North Sea for almost two decades.

Hugo Heerema, chief executive of Bluewater, the Dutch offshore operator that owns the Aoka Mizu, said the ship had been producing oil in the UK’s North Sea since 2009. It worked first on the Ettrick field off Aberdeen and then on the Lancaster Field off Shetland.

Mr Heerema said: “The vessel is slated for Navitas’ Sea Lion development[...] Depending on Navitas go-ahead, it may leave the Lancaster site in mid-2026.”
