Sounds good Ella. The AA arrangement is for their benefit and not ours. Lets get it out of the way and split the racecourse up to get max value.

This AA otion needs to be addressed asap and I think that is what's happening. Prove up the bare minimum, offer it to AA then hope they reject it and we are free to prove up the lot or put it up for auction.
