Agree. They pick up more share by dropping the price and frightening investors than putting the price up. Its hard to take but a good buying opportunity if you have funds.

Have a look at this pdf from 1999. In year 1 they got over 330,000 ounces. In year 2 they got over 800,000 ounces.
