I know I am switching subjects another SP I cannot get my head around is Hansard at 101p. Had them for years the divi yield is as good as it gets and updates go from strength to strength. As a more novice investor than your good self, what am I not seeing with Hansard. I would put fair value on them at 160 to 180p. I would Appreciate your viewpoint IJ?

I think we will drive business better than ever post Brexit by dropping CIT etc and the GBP will stay low. Looks like UAI is still representing best value in its sector based upon fundamentals and discount to NAV.

Just dipped in on a 20k punt, quite risky hopes are EBIT of 2M and not too larger write downs from the restructuring. Also hoping we get the targeted March divi of 1p as that's 4% at today's prices. My concerns are the Astley business was brought with great aplomb then sold 1 year later, hardly the act of a smart BOD. Anyway if it stabilizes and returns to growth it's massively oversold and cheap. I hope this is what Kestrel know with their increasing holdings now above 20%.

With a NAV PS 272p, Great land banks and global investment partners the fruit trees are planted. This share and it's intrinsic value is so overlooked by the market. Eventually PIs and II's will spot this probably when it's next set of results are out. I think we will see further broker re ratings to 300p and an SP above 200p 👁

I called this correctly previous post. The company says potential, no indication of how many years nor if profitable. You can see exactly the same pattern in Futura Medical which has launched its Viagra equivalent gel and generating revenue. In comparison a way less risky higher potential than this. It was always a day traders play and until it generates revenue and real profits is best watched. Other drugs companies either have or could have their own version drugs too. Currently still overpriced based upon tangible fundamentals IMO.

Ampthillmob - The bottom will be around 155p I think barring no Black Swan Events. At the end of the day we have crease in dividend payable in March > 4.9p, We will I'm sure have another increase in Year end so this could be yielding 8 - 9% this year. What do we know, Revenue, profit and cash are increasing dramatically. Europe / Brexit has zero effect on this companies business model and per brokers recommendations and historic pricing 200 to 210p is fair value. They don't come much safer and solid that this right now - I load up on every dip around 155 156p [Sales are on]

Could see this hit 3p today, once the valuations are fully absorbed by would be investors.

Lot of irrational buying here, of course the key cause is the statement regarding potential of 3M revenue. Two things missing over what period 10 years and at what profit. Can update be a pump and dumber....Lets see the reality in a the Year end numbers

Yeah, gifting shares is IIT efficient and smart. Nothing wrong in that, FUM is signing significant deals now globally with bout limitation although it might be hard India nationwide 👃🏾 Anyway one we get FDA phase III approval this will rise and rise like a 🚀 rocket

Gotrader, Indianna is correct in his assumptions IMHO - The free shares in issue are minimal, nearly all are owned by Directors and Funds, the spread can be quite nasty and the stock quite liquid at times 50K / month will trigger other investor buys and the upside momentum compounds on price increases very quickly due to the illiquidity of free floating shares that almost no one is selling by the way [Follow the smart money]. We did have an overhang that has now gone - Expect some pretty big rises this year especially if the business grows - It's very oversold right now and is a value investors dream.

Somekindofnut, you are correct as is a lad, we will have the nflection point profit taking here and their human nature, such when IAE hits 100p, the jump from Stella start up, Q1 confirmed oil, at the intermission, the Year end etc. We need to remember She'll, BP etc etc all started in a similar vein. So all that really matters is the BODs estimates and predictions are more or less accurate once this track record of performance and certainty because me established the big institutions will invest and we will trade and n much higher PE ratios. One does need a little Warren Buffet patience though I believe. Personally I am very comfortable to let this run as long as we have strategy, action and progress which we certainly do 👁

Hardly any trades in December, suddenly 71p to 82p. Could we be on the way back to 195p I wonder. Someone knows something here. I bet we get a positive RNS this month. Being on a current PE of 3 and knowing we will be profitable all be it down on last year. Anything under 100p has to a great buying opportunity 👨‍🍳

Hi Indianna, I made a huge a paper profit on QPP initially only to not bail early enough and get smashed on the rocks. You wouldn't believe the loss if told you -- Redde though are quite different, they are providing cars after crashes, they have a coachworks repair service and a bit of legal but a very different animal. The tell tale sign with QPP was they never had any cash, only paid a token tiny divi once to put the press off saying they cash strapped. Acquisitions galore so you never pin down L4L profit numbers. Anyway just a thought, I think we could see 200p / share once there next set of figures come out [Already confirming they will exceed expectations again]
