Hi goldust88 - I almost wrote the same blog as you - If still motoring we will have the NAVPS up to c.300p at Wed interims. Earlier RNS stated the divi was being rebased but is expected to be similar to the special divi's previously paid so we are looking around 8p + the interim 2.5p, year end divi 3.5p so 14p / year so at 163p we are looking at 8.5% / year on a divi that is 3x covered. Per the Investors article in the summer it's a must have share for yiled hunters and value investors. [Cannot wait unit Wednesday, my GBP16k top up showed then got removed. I think we have a lot of tree shaking and low value selling algorithms going on per Indiana's observations and FCA report - Get in quick as the big players / Market Makers will buy this up today / tomorrow IMHO.

Massive profits, EBIT, 112% do I cover, NAVPS c. 70p Does anyone know of a better value for money share than this?

My take a long term holder CNKS have hurt their reputation by allowing some of their clients to update markets on RNS that are not accurate nor good enough, this in turn has lead to loss of business. I do think though that they have a lot about them, return money to shareholders in buy backs and divi's and have had to be prudent. They need to clean up which they admit and have done I believe and now need to get their business growing again against the Brexit backdrop. I think with the low GBP we will see a return to new flotation's and new business but will need some patience, meanwhile hopefully CNKS will cut costs and get back to their successful roadmap formulae. At these prices they could be quite vulnerable to an M&A.

So will the BOD let current shareholders subscribe or only the themselves and big institutions meaning all current PI's get ripped off. Why are they not clear in the statement immediately, this lot couldn't run a drinking comp in a brewery.

I don't really know but oil reductions give the oil companies time to service the wells, clean out the tubes with pigs etc. Also their net profits will be higher of course at 50USD PB so this could really help LAM. Who knows could be the start of a crawl back to 350p PS.

At these current prices DX. has been beaten down furiously. Good will write off, CMA unhappy with a monopoly issue (Today pending allowed to trade). Reading HQ planning permission refusal. Previous to these 3 negatives we were 90p+ / share. I see it this way, these are hurdles rather than major destructive P&L issues. Reading wants jobs like anywhere now so after the review might get an upturn if not I'm sure the BOD has another good alternative. I liked the not insignificant Director buys just before the closed period. I think we only have positives to look forward to now and I think both the numbers and the forward looking statements announced on Wed 21st will see this SP settle +/- 2p around 25p being neutral fair minded and conservative. So a really good opportunity that I have taken and loaded up ave price 18.5p.

I agree with you 50 glass, this was a good looking oil hardware company, now it's seems to have turned into a dodgy African mining investment company and not even one that's profitable. Is it an old mate of Dunks has his total power in THAL finally caused him to loose the plot, is he going senile. If you read his waffling at the year end results RNS it's really quite disturbing and IMHO inappropriate to turning this around. I cut my small losses on this and switched it into DX. there results are out I think next Friday and dropped form 90p this year to 18p on good will write downs and not getting planning permission for their Reading Central Post HQ. The Directors loaded up just before the 3 month closed period so I reckon I might be onto a nice move here....Let's see.

Yes, DX. confirmed mid Sept. There is a huge scope to please on the upside. Especially if they pay the promised divi...Looking at 15 to 20% yield in absolute terms. IMO it has been oversold from its 90p a few months back. Looking at the Director dealings I think I am not alone........

It could be tbe reason the Directors loaded up big before the period Mathsman. Either way I gotta feeling this will fly on next months results...

29th Feb 16. Half year results RNS, they state they are comitted to a YE divi of 2.5p.

I agree, all we can safetly deduce, might breakeven in 2016. Hardly compelling given all the great cheap great value alternatives on low valuations like DX. and Serica etc. I will keep this on my watch list for now.

TPG has never made a penny in profit pasr 3 years, acquisitions can hide broken business models eg Quindell now Watchstone. Plenty of new contracts abound but at what EBIT. We could be seeing the beginnings of a turn to real profit but my view is best watched for now, especially on the EBIT.

Note, the statutory accountants wont qualify, sign off on the accounts. There is a very good reason why the SP is low. Also look at how the instutions are avoiding. Another KEDS, Globo etc in the making. Malaysia does not have extradition treaties with Uk. So AIMs lack of regulation.....Mmmh. Also their website shows not products at all, nor mentions what their so called IP relates too..

Previous RNS said the 2.5p divi would be paid b4 year end. Directors topped up b4 closed period. Last trading update pretty positive. We could be back to 90p as quickly as we drppoed from it.....

26th Aug. Interims due. This is going to get a great re-rating IMHO. We got 30% interest in the worlds biggest Uranium mine in the heart of Europe [Politically safe]. We got our Rio Tinto high grade coking coal ramping up to 90% royalties interest of total from mine. Then there is the 10 to 15% free profit from the Brexit GBP currency crash. Interesting how the share price has been drifting up during this closed period......Then we also mine gold, silver, palladium etc so we are very well hedged --- Could soon be back to our 2012 price of 330p per share based on fundamentals.

Post results release in Sept should be re rated. We know from updates will exceed expectations. Last chance to buy a fantastic share sub 190p. Agree with previous post should hit 220p within 3 weeks based upon new fundamentals.

Looking forward to broker re ratings, increase in divi and a lot of positive momentum next month when the results are published. This is such a quality well run company, fundamentals and momentum investors dream. A little shake down today fooling no one. All the big trades are buys.
