Ah my "Message in bottle" worked it seems - Clever song by the Police I thought :) Well I am out and out value investor holding 220,000 shares at 160p. The only negative is the Director sell off a while back. It looks like they are just banking some profits as all the updates since have been 👍 A macro analysis of the pending results and the overhang cleared should get this back over 200p again (I hope we don't meet any cannibals on our Island)

Well we will do annual revenue of around 15 Million GPB, some 3 to 5 million in profit and we are capitalized at about 8.5 million. 💉🌡 Medically in the best of health here. I guess only the published results will get this a re rating, it looks tremendous value when analyzing the fundamentals. GLA all holders a little more patients and patience should reward

I feel like Robinson Crusoe here - No one follows this company or blogs about them. They are doing great will pay 11p in divi's this year and circa 13p next year [So forward yield is over 8%]. They generate lots of revenue growth, profit and cash. Last update very solid - SP was 214p a few months back - Since then the news has been even better. We will I'm sure see a very positive re rating in Sept when the figures are out :) [Meanwhile, Neil Woodford and I look like lonely contrarian investors here....Where are all the buyers? Don't people like a nice safe 8%+ divi yield?

The effects of share buy backs to be held in treasury is holistically pretty good - Executive share awards are covered by the treasury shares ad hence avoid continual dilution, this supports key metrics like the all important EPS. Another benefit is the treasury shares are not subject to dividend payments, this in theory means say you had 25% shares newly held in treasury you can increase the dividend by 25% to all the shareholders but you would be paying 25% less than if the shares were in free float effectively. Another good option is that quite often if the treasury shares are excessive quantities beyond LTIP awards can post treasury can also be cancelled :)

Soon be back towards it's years highs I'm sure. Plus is knocking it out of the park and is totally global so tightening of legislation here or there will be pretty mute holistically. Generating cash faster than Lewis Hamilton, increasing dividends - If we don't get the SP back over 750p quick it is very vulnerable to a takeover. We might see PlayTech come back after them but this time it would need to be at a higher offer. I note they still have a huge shareholding in Plus....Feeling good sat on these beauties :)

06-Jun-17 Placing Chris Moore 43p GBX 348,000 4254663 Just wanting to clarify - Does a director share placing at 43p mean 43p paid by the Director for the quantity of shares listed, in other words it's like a Director buy effectively but not from the open market. OR does it mean the Director was given shares say vested at 43p or does it mean something else altogether? With thanks in advance good folks for any help and clarifications on the above

1st September 2016 - Sharecast Update Shares in Redde were up 3.25% to 206.75p at 1140 BST, not far from the 214p 12-month peak reached last December, which was the highest level since operating as Helphire back in 2010. Point being are these not worth 200p of any ones money. Since 1st Sept 16 they have continued without pause to improve on all metrics.

They do, in the results and RNS's under share awards and vesting values to align investors and executives interests in share price growth.

I think the treasury shares are a way to pay out Directors LTIP's without causing share dilution, they have no voting nor dividend rights.

Thanks Justdeezerts, I note today though the buybacks state that the shares are held in treasury not for cancellation. There original RNS launching the share buy backs is very poor in its wording. Its about time RNS were proper ly policed a rossed the board especially pertaining to AIM listed companies

Management talk up how great thing are yet we only had revenue GBP11.9M and lost another GBP5M. 7D is continually loss making and diluting so does the business model actually work. Critical mass achieved but the number will have to show a profit for anyone to take this seriously.IMHO I see it still 4.5 to 5p over the summer.

This is such a great value investors share, low single figure P/E ratio and 18p divi this year. So what are the negatives - Only the whiplash cap on claims and an increase in RTA claims through the small claims courts about 25% of historic business. NAHL is already diversifying with the acquisition of Bush etc and it raised GBP12.4M fully underwritten by Invested at 355p / share discounted in Oct 15 to the then trading price of 380p / share. One could say that 380p is fair value when analysing the numbers or one could say rev and EBIT might be flat next year maybe we have a 300p / share fair value or a pessimistic 250p / share. But at 141p this is very vulnerable to a takeover - Great solid cash generator year on year. DYOR...I'm very glad to be in this at these prices.

Strange price patterns was 200p a year ago. Better and better revenue, earnings, cash and dividends. Solid sustainable business model, very well run. I think fair value must be 200p to 210p surely

Welcome to an oil tech now turned investor that has not got much of a clue. Both investment s sucked out net cash and are looking like duds. Meanwhile Soukup keeps soap boxing about macro economics. Sold these last year for nice profit would go near them now.

Very well said Maxiamus, Soukup rants and raves about totally not relevance's to running the company and he has now turned into a stock picker, the stocks don't look at all good [risky miners] unless he has some really good inside information. Are we investing in an oil hardware company or an investment bank - The 2 don't mix {Oil & water}. It's all rather alarming to me. This SP is now extremely undervalued or extremely overvalued...What a conundrum

I am also in the same boat, if the get FDA phase 3 approval in USA, I understand Phase 2 approval completed this will blast thru 100p in less than a minute. Any other good news or meaningful revenue from existing start up sales like India etc and again we will see a massive and fair immediate rise. Too many good possibilities to b sitting on the sidelines. I'm sure we will substantial good news soon 🚀
