The update is disappointing but not that tragic that the SP should fall more than around 15%. I think over the next few weeks we should get around 45p and settle down. Looks like a great day trading opportunity to pounce in the last hour. (Selling Overdone to day).

Don’t know why they don’t sell USD and do a small hedge. The existing CEO is a scientist and totally clueless on how to run a company. Look at his stupid adventures abroad only to the close or sell out at a loss. A complete and utter muppet. Sad thing is they got some really good IP and products but clueless at monetizing it. Anyway at 40p with all the IP and the new CEO coming in, this should hopefully be the bottom. I’ve averaged down today, not expecting 50p for another year so it’s a value trap in essence. The worry I have is that Plus block trades they take on if the investor can make serious money and do not hedge. They are now part of at least 1 class action lawsuit. They do not have good governance and have not even issued an RNS. The Israeli courts threw out a suppression order recently so there are some very significant issues on the horizon. These should have been estimated and provisioned and are not. So all kinds of questions and concerns, the II’s will keep away and we need Plus to clarify the commercial risks of loosing and contagion which they arrogantly have not. This is the reason behind the what looks like an undervalued share but may in time turn out to be significantly overvalued- Time will out eventually, it always does. GLA

He looks like a good fit on paper anyway. Let’s see if the remuneration board and he are greedy or making sure we are run in the best interest of shareholders as we should be. I also can’t help but have the feeling GF or others will be making a bid for us soon. We have already invested in the capital and have a lot of patents and IP in the right area for what should be 100p plus SP if you look at similar company comparatives. We need to increase our prices enourmously and start generating cash (Frankly it shouldn’t be that hard as all chips are going up through the roof now). Drew Nelson was a commercial idiot with his Sg adventures and Tw **** ups - This guy should be stronger and get us making some money now is where I’m at (Fingers crossed anyway).

Referring to 2 OT buys per the £320k, not Director buys as these are unusually bit per NMS. Yes the August split buys holistically are hopefully a good omen. What I don’t like at all is the results sign off’s and publications being late without any explanation whatsoever. Leads me to think some of the accounting treatments needed revising and it maybe became a protracted accounts item. Don’t like window dressed results at all - Let’s see the numbers on the 25th Nov. They did say maiden dividend, let’s see if it’s minuscule or meaningful (I suspect the former). The SP continues to tank also which doesn’t bode well. A lot of acquisitions need Goodwill write off’s and are they net contributors or window dressed revenue additions which don’t mean anything and usually up talked to drive the market value and borrowing ratio’s and interest rates etc. Hoping for the best, fearing the the worst.

We are at the lofty heights of a P/E: 2 now. Wonders will never cease. Can the next trading update be so bad that it’s not already baked into the price & anything no less than terrible shout set us upwards like a rocket.

The net debt is reduced because of the share placing s, the cash burn is really high since the placings. The revenue is way down than in normal times.
(The upbeat tones are a bit lipstick on a pig). Needs no more lock downs and growth in cash in the next update. Then it will re rate very positively, these results are not terrible per the forecasts but not that great. I’m holding and a believer, just need to wait for the post Christmas trading update now and maybe the numbers in 6 months time.

It’s very true, US listings do get a higher P/E averages especially in the Tech space. THG is an internet shopping site, not exactly that differentiated. There are clearly a lot of cultural issues and credibility until we do actually see bottom line net / retainable profit. Does the business model really work? I do think with the enourmous revenue there is a good company here somewhere but the Boss needs to step aside the helm & let someone else with a good ethics reputation run it. Hopefully no nasty things under the rug hence the very controlled limited BOD. This is spooking the big institutional investors and is like candy from a baby for the shorters. At the end of the day the numbers will need to talk or possible further falls coming. Im hoping it’s going to go like Ocado, never had any retains earnings for a few years then rose up to show its model worked and is profitable. Let’s see, GLA - Frightening Times right now.

With GF’s $25 billion float, they will want to get their cash injection working hard. IQE looks very cheap with a lot of IP and potential upscaling. I wonder??

P/E of 32. Good company but too expensive at these multiples.

We know we will have revenue of c.£2 Billion Y/E. Most of the losses are one offs and plenty of cash on a revolving debt facility. The only thing to be established is that THG can get to positive cash generation. I’m sure it will as it’s stabilises what it has and calms down on acquisitions so like for like visibility tells a positive story. II’s brokers and banks supported THG at float 700p and cash raising 590p. Black stone deleveraged their position on a 195p market to market discounted trade. This is worth that atleast right now and I’m sure the next results will set us upwards very quickly as long as they reassure. The CEO has taken this to a good place but it now needs new blood to take it to the next level who is well reputed in the City. I think the old adage from Buffet is very true here. It’s had a good run and these ledges of profit taking happen, funny old market lately when you look at THG, Novacyt etc and the P/E those are on. This will come back step by step pretty quickly. Brokers have it rated 560p from memory and that’s before these improved numbers. The £650m with £65m Ebit by 2024 will be exceeded by the Management Team for sure. At these prices Vlx is a strong buy.

Iron ore bouncing back, Oil at record highs this year and also coal etc. BHP is beginning to look very cheap. Fair value should be c. £22 me thinks. I’m sure we will see some re ratings to this end very soon. Seems the early smart money is already moving in from yesterday’s jump.

$320k in 2 buys yesterday. Some is very serious ahead of the results next week it seem. With the previous Director buys before the closed period, this bodes well for a re-rating. The price is still below the Director buys, time to top further up to 55p

FinTech normally does very well. Last updates were positive Director buys. Hope the numbers are good. This one seems like a great company in right space under the radar. Seems to be waking up suddenly with more volume and mostly buys. GLA if there is anyone out there !!!!

Probably 350p by month end as it gets it’s broker really ratings coming through, proves last set of numbers were not a fluke or a Covid one off as well
