No one is as fanatical as this country about net zero.

I might not know the maths off hand but the reality is we produce 1% of global emissions. If we went net zero tomorrow, it would make no material difference to climate change. That's a fact. The whole thing is based on ideology and not reason. We are killing our industry making the poor and elderly afraid to put the heating on . Businesses are being crippled. All to fulfill Milibands ridiculous sense of logic.

How can you say the whole world is going net zero when China are putting 2 new coal fired power station online every WEEK.

Watch some of their appearances on thoughtful money with Adam Tagget. Especially when they talk about oil.

There accountability is based on if you want to subscribe or not. If they have a huge following and have repeat appearances on popular financial podcasts. I would presume people want to listen to them and value what they say. Otherwise I would suspect people would not bother.
