Could it be as simple as this?16 Dec 2025 08:01
The company is looking for a buyer. Everyone knew this ( apart from Quady)
The Chinese finally come in with an offer( after years of trying to attract one, and knowing we are getting ever closer to prodution, which we are hopelessly unequipped for)
We rejected it hoping for a counter bid. 2 weeks and numerous phone calls later, we still have not had one, the main shareholders know this and don't want it themselves, for numerous reasons. Cost of construction, tec risk, better options available.
The Chinese come in with a slightly improved offer.
There you go. We are minded to except it. Hopeing a better one comes along but knowing that's the only one we have and we are now in over our heads with the construction phase looming.
And let's face it, in the exploration phase this company have made so many mistakes, can you imagine if they tried to take it to production.
Anyway. We await a new bidder. Good luck.
The simple answer is usually the right one
