Everything this company has said has come to be. I remember the former CEO Alan Martin saying in 2013 that Cascabel could have a Billion tonnes at 1%, well it looks like just Alpala can do that.
If we get a chance to drill for 2 more years, and find a few more Alpala's hello £3!

I reckon the deal with bhp is to let us drill next year( other targets) then after the PFS they will make a reasonable offer for the whole company. It ties in with the 2 Year period that they must follow the boards recommendations. Bid late next year around the £2 mark, possibly someone else coming in, then all bets are off.

Is £1 really good value for the whole company?
Would we not be giving away the other 11 top priority targets for nothing? NM seems pretty excited about them

Yes I can see that point of view, but how easy would it be to re draw up the tenement with the lease and permits, to laymen these things always sound easy, in reality they are very complicated

It does not make sense to me to sell Alpala, the tenement is Cascabel. It would make much more sense to sell Cascabel, why would you split up the tenement? And what if Alpala is connected to Carmen or one of the other targets in close proximity? The board and Steve Garwin have mentioned the possibility many times.
We have only drilled a small piece of Cascabel, maybe that's why a bid is perhaps a little way off.

I really don't think it's that impossible for solg to become a developer. Very very hard but not impossible. The real obstacle is not money but time.

I'm not to worried about the cut off being in October. They would of worked out, it will be enough to double the original MRE ( if they haven't and we are under, well then you would wonder)
MRE 3 will then come out before the PFS late 2019 imo to add spice to that. Either way the grades aren't going to run away

A lot of people have been mentioning Brent Cook, the last few days.
I really think his opinion is being over rated.
I know he is an industry veteran, but how much does he really know about every single company out there?
Both him and Rick Rule where put on the spot by that interviewer, and they were lost for words on a number of occasions, I really felt that Cook was struggling for answers on a few questions.
Does he even know that an updated MRE is due next mouth?
I doubt it.
How many people here would know everything about every over company/ competition etc etc in their own field?
Jason ward, ,Nick Mather ,talk about the when, not if, with Alpala now.
Even Rule said he would expect Newcrest and BHP to know a hell of a lot more about Solgold than him.

I'm thinking of voting against the director options, someone mentioned that Nick is diluting himself too, no he is not if his getting options at 60p over 3 years. Still in two minds. How are others voting?
