Dissapointed no RNS this morning now exclusivity is officially over, is there something special being announced at the AGM that will cause a rise in the SP then?

Of namibia, Gemsbok is seeping oil without a drillbit...thats how they used to drill for oil way way back in time...old rules still apply, there is no smoke without fire imo where oil shows, oil grows...maybe thats why Global is off the market ;)

Skully we can all blame Potter at the end of the day for an unclear RNS thats left everyone hanging in the breeze lol...lets hope in his wisdom potter gives us another update soon to shed some light on whats really going on. That would put everyone at ease and give the SP a leg up

Are doing deals all the time to bring much needed income and jobs to the islands...oban refinery, shell LNG, shell trading, crypto currency hub etc so the longer this drags on the less the government will need to be reliant on the potential oil revenues from bpc...bpc need to move fast here the clock is ticking imo...we would look much more attractive with that EA approval in place also imo

At the same time, having demonstrated interest from an international oil major, we are now able to freely re-engage in discussions with all other parties, which had previously been put in abeyance. .................discussions with the major are over according to Potter. Note use of words 'freely re-engage' they are now 'free' and an 'oil major demonstrated interest'...now there not interested anymore and bpc are free to talk with others....you cant just cherry pick the best bits from the RNS and make the rest up to what you want it to be. They could still land a deal with someone else but it will take months. imo DYOR

If there is no news next week then i am assuming that there is definitely no deal on the table and we are looking for other possible partners which puts us in a worse position than before imo...other oilies are naturally going to wonder why the major walked which may be off putting, add this to a government that seems to be dragging its heels on deciding whether to allow drilling or not and the overall picture doesnt look good. If a deal landed next week then BPC would be in BIG trouble for market manipulation by misleading investors and allowing the SP to crash and holding back sensitive news!..now there not stupid enough to do that so one can only assume that the RNS is correct word for word. Its over, until the next time imo...DYOR

Ask them how the EA approval is going? We need that to allow us to drill! I cant see what the major hold up is with it???

Not alot of info out there on oil in Namibia if you search the web, but this could really blow up, if tullow find oil there will be a surge of news and all partys with licences will get much needed coverage ie global...africa is open for buisiness, and tullow have an enviable reputation for finding african oil :)
