Exactly marmite, Petro Matd announced they had drilled a duster yesterday...but they still drilled to Total Depth and studied and released results on all well samples to better understand the geology of the area...cant see why PAN would have an anouncement 2 thirds of the way down to TD unless its oil or a disaster which i very much doubt as its tullow doing the drill

Cash i have read through asx regs on reporting and it seems you are incorrect, they dont have to report every two weeks only when in possession of market sensitive information, and i cant be released unless all the other information required is there to back it up...so there is NO requirement to release data on progress or drill depths! Hi Cash where can i find the information that they have to report the findings on high impact wells every couple of weeks, depths reach etc? Would like to have a read...thanks MG

Could drop anytime either on the Coromant-1 results or a GBP deal...or both would be even better :) not many shares out there...Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) was up to 7p plus not long back with no drilling going on, no partner, and no EA approval to even drill, we have a pro oil government , major announcement to be made anytime on the drill status, super majors on the fence ready to jump in, market cap way lower here, and alot less shares in circulation, along way to go here yet imo dyor

GBP up 25% on asx today, Pan-Continental from what i can see didnt really shift much today so maybe they could see what was going on at GBP and decided to suspend...the two could be unrelated and a coincidence, the rises at GBP could be a leak of a farm in or JV and completely unrelated to the Coromant-1 announcement...lots going on behind the scenes methinks, somethings going on for surea...GLA DYOR

GBP was up 25% on ASX today so there must have been a news leak somewhere, hence the suspension and company being forced to release news on the Coromant-1 drill....drill should have another 10 days to go yet according to estimate so news is very early, surely they would drill to full depth to fully assess the geology of the well if it was a duster and try and gain some insight for planning other drills? Theres no smoke without fire, lets hope its oil and commercial

This is, tiny market cap, huge oil seeping structure that its Gemsbock, more acarage announced this week, pro-oil government, majors ready for farm ins or take outs if coromant 1 is successful, chariot oil to drill next...boom time for namibia if all goes well

Cant see anything coming from this to affect drilling colter badger! Did you read the 40 or more comments attatched to the article from the locals? Majority of them cant stand the man saying he was something to do with 'project fear' as were the newspaper regarding a wind farm off the coast?? Alot of comments are supporting the drilling as its over the winter months :) he wjont get very far with no support from the locals imo

Thats the official regulated news stream for all shares...all other bloggs, podcasts, bulletin boards are to be taken as unproven news and draw your own conclusions on them!...unless we get an ammended RNS then you have to take what was said as the truth...not something said by a blogger to encourage panick selling to pick up cheap shares or take a short position..DYOR

BOIL is stuck on 9.30am this morning on google share price even if u refesh screen? Working fine on other share prices tho...a glitch somewhere

Hmm your correct ive just been checking on google and its showing us over 3% up today even if i refresh screen? Checked on Vox markets and no movement as u say! Had trouble posting on here last couple of days its keeps bombing out so maybe my phone needs a clean up...thanks

Some positive price movement today both here and Upland, were on the up again :)

Only around 15days to go until tullow complete drilling, news could drop any time here and we could quickly be at multiples of the current share price!..its a steal at these levels, dont worry about the herd it looks like they might miss out on this one! ;) imo DYOR

It's tanking now, lots of selling going on, dropping day by day...most were hopeful of some good news around the time of the AGM as a last glimmer of hope, thats been and gone now...looks like the herd are leaving...as someone said yesterday its shit or bust here now...could be at 1p in a few weeks the way its heading imo
