Anyone heard anything as big rises yesterday and again today?

Pushing towards 50p. Starting to see true value being realised.

What are the institutional investors doing here. Surely they should be jumping up and down demanding more meaningful info. When are the reserves data due out? I cannot believe that the main owners are not milking the business in some way to extract a return for them with no regard for the minority shareholders but what can we do!!! Lets hope that some kind of meaningful offer is made by Khotin et al so we can all move on soon.

Back up to where it belongs and with all this takeover / merger activity in this sector it would be small change for a GSK/Pfizer to snap up BTG. SP of over £7 on the way and probably higher if bid comes in.

Have been in here for a year now and really believe that this is a very undervalued business. Great management team, owns very hard to get assets with a long life and highly valuable which when the requirement for their products is strong at the moment and likely to increase as the huge infrastucture program gets rolled out then it should be a must have share. It would be good if they started to pay a divi as this would really send the SP soaring IMO. In here for the long haul.

at a loss to understand why this has fallen back given all the positives . Is there something we do not know?

lets open our eyes here. Price has plumetted and nothing happening to support or drive it forward. Does anyone really believe this business will around in 1 years time? I am sitting on a loss as are most of you but lesson learnt here. Keep away from dragons as you only get burnt and badly.

is it because Mr Market does not see this sector as very glamourous despite its strong fundamentals and the fact that there is a huge and increasing demand for its products. Mr Market needs to wake up!!!!

Just need something to get this one moving up eg: directors start buying , divi. Investec holding increase is very positive but still price stuck at 40p

This should just be a blip as fundamentals of the business are strong despite strength of sterling and it would not surprise me to see a bid soon as lots of consolidation taking place in this sector.

Should see this one go up soon as the fundamentals of this sector are very strong and all the bad ( international) news seems to be behind them. New stronger management team is very positive.

Agree. The oil is there and the price is high, why not make hay while the sun shines and get drilling.

looks like all the gains from last week have been wiped out. It should edge upwards as fundmentally its in a strong market place with a growing demand for plant hire. Definitely a hold and maybe a buy if it falls much more

Markets jittery at the moment but Hester is doing all the right things and this one will turn around but not soon. Hang in there and once the divi is restored and Balance Sheet clean and strong we will see it come back
