showing circa 2.5% down v old FL SP but Aviva rising and needs to get to £5.8 to equal what FL SP was suspended at on 9/4/15. Brokers all have it getting over £6 and hope the divi yield will be better than old Aviva yield. Think its worth holding on to these !
agree it looks cheap and i topped up in my sipp with 5000 at 1.67 yesterday. had them before at 1.82 and sold at 2.09 but since then its fallen back alot? Divi is ok and its should improve from here and if it gets back close to £2 will sell and take profits. Could be target for WPP? or even Chime but maybe a bit expensive for them.
agrred as long as they hold out for £3 but any other offers if serious will need to get cloaser to £3. I would assume the main shareholders would accept something closer to £3 , say £2.75 and any new bidders will know this. SP creeping up again so looking positive.
they have offered £2.1 and Shaked want £3. so a compromise of say £2.5???? If they let hills walk then who else will offer them over £2 anytime soon??? Not been at £2 since 2006!!!! Bwin falling heavily as t/o rumours fade. Would Hills be interested in them????
its 2006 since the SP was over £2 so £2.1 now seems like a good price. Hills would probably go abit more if pushed but not to £3. Our Israeli holders may have to scale back their expectations and agree as otherwise it might be a long time before they get another offer like this one.
Looks like a major shareholder is holding out for circa £3 a share which probably means an increased offer by hills to say £2.5 from the £2.1 and a compromise is done to get big shareholder on board or hills walk away. in any event looks good as it shows that its worth at least £2.1 and if Hills dont get it maybe someone else will come in for it. Maybe thats why its not rocketing today??
