First set of drilling results should be imminent based on last year's drilling schedule, that commenced in March also. Last time accounted for 800m of drilling. Hopefully a positive indicator of what's to follow. Guessing FY results will be similar as previous years also around mid May.
Can only get better and better as it progresses.

So let me get this straight. The new offer of $250 million for Finalto can't be considered currently due to the existing agreement with the consortium bid. However if the shareholders were to reject the offer on 15th July and vote against the sale Playtech would then be in the position to discuss the $250 million offer.
So rejecting the offer brings the company an extra $40 million if all were to proceed to sale.
Erm sounds to me like the easiest 40 million made. Might even bring about a counter offer!

Not long now until the next update - July1st. Hoping for positive news. Industry seems to be still going strong.

Playtech has secured the exclusive worldwide rights to create a range of branded online gaming titles based on television programmes produced and distributed by AMC Networks and WE tv.

The agreement will cover franchises such as The Walking Dead, Marriage Boot Camp and Bridezillas.

Playtech will now start to develop the new titles, with the aim of releasing the online games to the market later this year and in 2022.

“We are honoured to have been chosen as AMC Networks’ exclusive partner to bring their flagship brands to the online gaming market,” Playtceh’s chief operating officer Shimon Akad said.

“Playtech has a long and proud history of combining the very best brands with our industry leading products; this new partnership demonstrates our continued commitment to delivering an entertainment-led experience to key strategic audiences across regulated markets.”

AMC Networks’ vice president of games Clayton Neuman added: “From undead hordes of flesh-eating walkers to an army of enraged brides, AMC Networks is home to some of the most explosive dramas on television.

“We are delighted to partner with Playtech to deliver that same action and excitement from our iconic brands for the first time in a world-class online gaming experience

If they keep putting out these continuous updates the SP is only going in one direction.
I'm averaged in at 10p but can see it climbing through and beyond that price in the not too distant future. Think a big step up is imminent with the new MRE to be announced.

Reading that RNS, why would the owners sell out of this company?? Something seems odd with all this

Might today's action be due to a predicted increase in future gold price? Maybe 2nd guessing the market?
Get as much mined as possible in preparation for a higher price?

Final results posted last few years 1st May / 30th April. So guessing fortnight away from good news. 1st quarter update was 11th may 2020 so I'd expect similar this year too.

Sounds like the industry is on the up at moment. Once April 12th kicks in should see a further surge in demand. I'd expect significant revenue increases for the 1/2 yr.

Playtech has confirmed plans to open its first live casino studio in the US after securing a multi-year lease at a site in the city of Southfield, Michigan.

The studio – which will be linked to Playtech’s flagship studio in Riga, Latvia, via video technology – will support Playtech’s growth strategy in the US.

The company is expecting to move into the new premises in the coming months following fit-out work, although a precise date has not been disclosed due to uncertainties caused by Covid-19. The site will feature bespoke areas dedicated to specific operator clients, as well as networked tables.

A Playtech spokesperson told iGamingBusiness that Playtech would be able to scale up its facilities at the studio as the company expands its live entertainment and game show content offering for the iGaming market in Michigan and other regulated states across the US.

Do Hirvik not need to achieve over 75% holding to remove from AIM. I presume, feel free to correct me if I am wrong, that if they do not achieve 75% the share continues to trade as normal on Aim with the TSG guys in charge of the board.
If so surely positive news shall follow regarding gold grade/ resource levels (up 43% recently) and tonnes mined for March/April onwards.
Like I say all dependent on them hitting the magic 75%
