Cheers primesymian, simble is a lamb compared to some of my fan club I have elsewhere, and they certainly don't stop me from flying the flag on my investment, and so I'll continue to highlight Bagir's transformational prospects and potential. Gl :-)

Lol simber...one's allowed to get excited when transformational news could drop at anytime especially with the prospect of a significant rise on your investment ....I spend much of my time posting articles and research relevant to Bagir, Ruyi and the industry but have never seen any positive comment or contribution from yourself, only the opposite .Ho Ho Ho:-)

Last year Invista announced that Ruyi were buying the business for $2 billion and that they expected deal completion mid 2018.....which was obviously delayed for whatever reason and since then Ruyi's CEO told Bloomberg last month that he expected the deal to be concluded year end....and so I reckon confirmation of Bagir's deal is now imminent, along with Invista’s....Gla holders Tick Tock Boom!!! :-)

Shandong Ruyi 'paying over $2.7b to buy Lycra owner'

HONG KONG • Chinese apparel producer Shandong Ruyi Group is paying more than US$2 billion (S$2.7 billion) to buy the owner of Lycra from Koch Industries, people with knowledge of the matter said.

Invista expects to close the sale by the middle of next year, the company said in an earlier statement. Representatives for Shandong Ruyi and Invista declined to comment.

Yep, 2 months up next week since shareholder approval, which one would have thought would be enough time for Chinese regulatory approval....Ruyi's CEO told Bloomberg last month that he expects to conclude the $2 Billion Investa lycra deal year end, and the deal was first announced a month before Bagir's back in Nov 2017 and so perhaps Ruyi are expecting regulatory approval on several fronts during December....Gla Holders...any time now!!! ;-)

Bagir 's current annual sales revenues are c$50m and they've been busy implementing cost cutting measures and stream lining production operations at their factories in Vietnam and Egypt and have already made significant progress in expanding operations at their duty free Ethiopian manufacturing base where production will be ramped up and accelerated with Ruyi's $16.5m cash injection.

The massive Chinese market will also be wide open to Bagir, enhanced by Ruyi's recent strategic partnership with the giant Chinese JD.com and it's 300 million online customers, and so the numbers could eventually be jaw dropping. ...in the meantime we should see the sp pushing higher as buying volume picks up in anticipation of imminent deal news....Excitement building for all Shareholders....and those that don't hold at the moment better get a move on , or will very likely miss out on the re-rate on confirmation of Ruyi's 54% controlling stake and receipt of $16.5m cash.... Maybe a glitch, maybe a large buy order or two in the background and/or with the lack of sells and sell volume dropping off week by week and with the majority of shares now tightly held for "imminent " news and plenty who wouldn't want to part with their shares at this current low sp , the amount of shares in free float is probably very low.
