It's all good and suggests good times ahead imho....the BoD are obviously very prudent in their approach and will only raise funds where necessary and they must be very confident of Galaxy's intentions...the arrest of the 8 senior officials from Rajasthan Mining Dept. is highly significant imho and must favour Panthera's permit application....fingers crossed the 500k buyer yesterday is the start of a stake building exercise along with a few others confident of Panthera's upside potential and prospects..Gl.:-)

Fully funded for the near term, and Galaxy's first $250k anytime now followed by another $250k by end of March....High Court hearing for the permit approval coming...Gla :-)

Results of General Meeting

Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, is pleased to announce that the two resolutions put to the General Meeting of Shareholders held at 2pm on Monday 28 January 2019 were passed unanimously.

The first of the two resolutions provides directors with the ability to raise capital if and when required by the business. Nevertheless, with current cash holdings exceeding A$350k and a cash infusion from the recently announced Galaxy transaction of approximately A$700k (US$500) scheduled for 1Q 2019, the Board has no current plans to raise additional capital.

The second resolution allows the company to issue shares in lieu of cash payments foregone by directors, management and affiliates during 4Q 2018 to help the Company preserve its cash position.

No 7am Resolutions Passed RNS, which suggests other news could be accompanied, and they do seem to like releasing news after 8am.....and so a very interesting day ahead imho. Gla ;-)

 Today's impressive re-rate could be connected to the arrest of the 8 senior officials from the Rajasthan Mining Dept....news tomorrow on today's General Meeting regardless , a favorable fund raise and any other good news will see the sp re-rate again significantly imho....Panthera has only 67.6m shares currently in issue and 36.3% are not in public hands and a tiny market cap under £2m offers a multi-bag opportunity on positive progress on their World Class Bhukia prospect as well as their potential World Class West African prospects...one of the gold investment hot spots of the planet. Gla Holders..Exciting times ahead. :-)

8 Rajasthan Mines Dept officials booked for graft

New Delhi | January 23, 2019

Our Bureau Eight senior officials of the Mines Department, including IAS officers Sanjay Sethi and Ashok Singhvi, will face prosecution on charges of corruption and money laundering, as a Special Court here has accepted the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) prosecution complaint.

The court issued arrest warrants against them on Monday.

Lol...no one is going to short this at the moment with so much transformational news in the pipeline....Galaxy's $500k by 31/3/19 with the first $250k imminent, High Court hearing for the permit license for the World Class Bhukia prospect coming....any fund raise is going to far higher than the expectations 9f those who sold out on the lows, and very likely at a significant premium of current sp on the back of any good news that might be coming....another partner for their West African prospects also very likely....Gla holders On and Up!!! :-)

Lol...even they doubled the amount of shares on a placing , the free float would still be tiny and their market cap relatively small.....shares in a fully funded Panthera with world class assests in India and West Africa will be in big demand. Gl :-)

The price per share was agreed at that time, and the subsequent payments since, are now not related to the sp imho......Republic are committed through the binding agreement.....in the meantime, looks like good news is brewing....Gla holders On and Up!!! ;-)

Ps opulentia, I very much doubt if Republic are trying to reduce their final c £1.5m sterling cash payment, it's a Binding Agreement, and will be worth every penny with all approvals for the World Class Bhukia gold prospect in place. Gl :-)

Strategic Investor - Republic Investment Management

Panthera has a binding investment agreement with Republic Investment Management Pte Ltd. (Republic) of Singapore for three tranches of equity investment totalling A$6.7m by Republic and co-investors (represented collectively by Republic) into Panthera. The Company received Tranche 1 in July 2017 and Tranche 2 in January 2018 totalling A$4.0m. The final Tranche 3 of A$2.67m at A$0.65 per share is due at the time the Bhukia PL is granted and the necessary environmental and forestry permits for drilling are obtained. The funds will be used to finance a ramp up in exploration activities designed to confirm the Geological Survey of India non-JORC resource of 108 million tonnes grading 2.0g/t Au and define it to JORC compliant standards.

Plenty of clever b'stards predicting 1p on fund raise/placing news.....any subsequent fund raise following today's GM could be at a massive premium on the back of any positive newsflow from India....Galaxy's first $250k could be imminent.....and High Court hearing could be close... Gl ;-)
