A company defining week ahead followed by one of the most exciting periods going forward, with approval/authorisation expected at Monday's General Meeting for the proposed equity raise of £1.795m and the issue of 94,473,684 new shares and the same number in warrants. As Eric has stated, this will strengthen Genflow's hand and provide leverage in licensing negotiations, both " ongoing " and future, and no dilution as such , as any new shares issued will be taken up by the BoD, existing Major Shareholders and more importantly to new investor(s), who could be highly significant players and could also include a Major JV licensing partner who might want to take a meaningful stake in the company along with any lucrative commercial licensing deal that might be concluded, including significant upfront payments , which is very often the procedure with Major Pharma M&A.
The "ongoing " negotiations could be very close to completion and agreement, on several fronts, but with the stunning preliminary efficacy data on the Dog Trial, which were stronger and more consistent than expected, and with the Comprehensive Endpoint data expected in April,
it's very likely that one of the Animal Healthcare companies who have signed Confidential Disclosure Agreements could be ready to show their hand.
Exciting times, with potential multiple material game changing newsflow fast approaching, along with a Patent validation update 18th March and the first tranche of the €4m non-dilutive grant money by May at the latest. Gla holders, all bodes well!!! :-)
"Leire addressed potential shareholder concerns, acknowledging that announcements involving share issuance can sometimes be interpreted as a fundraising signal. However, he clarified that the RNS is not about launching a capital raise, but about strengthening the company’s position in ongoing and future negotiations with major pharmaceutical partners."
