The go ahead for Loxley if Ukog wins the appeal will be big news and add significant value to current bargain low sp regardless of how much it might cost.

The fact that Ukog has not updated the market on Basur-3 progress since the 1st July apart from the the twitter Photos 14th July has probably more to do with SS not wanting to be accused of ramping up demand for the open offer just incase the outcome from Basur-3 isn't good, although Oceanmec's Facebook post 21st July celebrating their workforce with a backdrop of Basur-3 well including the logo etc suggested that operations were still in progress.

The fact it would appear that Ukog/Ame haven't been awarded any new explorations licenses could be an indication that they've already got their hands full with existing license...ie Basur-3 is a gusher, news of which Ukog might of wanted held back while the fist week of the Loxley appeal was in progress...we're c35 days drilling at Basur-3 and AME's previous discovery, similar geology took 50 days from spudding to discovery announcement...and so the fact we're still awaiting news is hardly surprising given the circumstances that might be in play. Gla holders...very exciting for those invested with news from Basur-3 expected imminently....confirmation of an oil discovery could be Transformational. ;-)

A different well but similar geology....The following gives an idea on how long it took AME to drill Basakli-1, and so perhaps a similar time frame for Basur-3 could be expected which was spudded only 4 weeks ago.

Aladdin Middle East Ltd. (“AME”) is pleased to announce that its Basakli-1 Exploration Well located in SE Turkey on its Karakilise License No 2674, encountered and tested movable oil. As the third oilfield discovery of AME in the last six months, this discovery serves to highlight the significance of AME’s exploration momentum and commitment to SE Turkey.

Basakli Prospect is located at 20 kilometers SE to the city of Diyarbakir. Basakli-1 Exploration Well was spudded on May 19, 2014 targeting the oil potential both in the Cretaceous Mardin Group Carbonates and Paleozoic Bedinan Sandstones. Two Drill Stem Tests (DST), have been conducted in the Cretaceous reservoir section and crude oil was recovered in both DST’s. Therefore, it has been decided to conduct production tests and complete the well at the Cretaceous reservoir in the Mardin Group carbonates and test the Paleozoic reservoir in future with another well.

Considering the sp was sitting at 0.17p and under, and the incessant repetitive bile spouted by the detractors to discourage and deter, then raising £462k at 0.18p was quite an achievemnet given the circumstances and obvioulsly suggests that plenty are expecting some upward momentum in Ukog's sp from 0.18p in due course. Gla holders ;-)

Another £462k in the bank, not to be scoffed at considering the circumstances, and hopefully plenty will wish they had of taken up the offer when the update from Basur-3 arrives. Gla holders :-)

Let me think now.......we're eagely awaiting the results from Basur-3, and the CEO of Ukog's partner, AME, releases a corporate video with shots of Basur-3, as well as other drill sites, nodding donkeys , petrol tankers and an old classic balck and white photo of a well gushing oil.......AME's timing for the video would be some what strange if they were going to announce a duster imho....Gla Holders.....the detractors are going to hate any good news and no doubt are all hoping for bad news...ho ho ho ho ho ...;-)
