There is more to running a company than “drilling oles”

Copper and Lithium could increase 50% in price and the shareprice here would still below 1p.

The reason -the total lack of input or apparant desire by the CEO here to move anything forward

Reading the other comment boards of companies the Bird is the CEO there seems to be a couple of common themes-lack of /very poor engagement with shareholders and zero progress on “Licenced “ projects.

Supports the fact that Bird’s time is spread to thinly to actually get projects over the line and time for a fulltime CEO here

Agree-amazing how you never get any answer to a specific question.-it’s like asking a politician a question (who also turning to A1)

Will politely ask again JL -what evidence do you have that Bird is anywhere near close to monetizing any of the company’s assets.?

If there was any evidence the shareprice would not be stuck near multi year lows.

Bird has been less than useless here for a long period of time -his only major success in providing a decent payout to shareholders is now many years ago in respect of another company

Let’s have a fulltime CEO who can actually spare more than 5 minutes a week to make things happen here.

The way Bird ignores shareholders requests shows his total contempt for them.

Totally agree with the motion of no confidence -an replacement CEO could surely not be worse.

Only purchased 40000 shares -should have also bought 100000 shares but bought shares in Glencore at the same time as already have quite a large holding in Tharisa so spreading the risk a bit

Don’t care who said what to you and those who “allegedly” know what is happening here but do not have the courtesy to share which probably means they know nothing.

All I know is the shareprice is a complete disaster ( like all the companies Bird is involved in and even the ones he used to be involved in) and they is no solid evidence that Bird is making any progress here in monetizing any of the company’s assets

Even chrome is up slightly -still at a much higher price than when Leon told us it was profitable

Trouble is there is no time limit for Cobre to prove up the resources on the licences sold to determine the uplift “upto $80 million”.The uplift is not indexed linked so the longer it takes the less the uplift payment in real terms.

Like the inactivity on the production licences granted it shows that the CEO is not totally focused on maximizing shareholders value-perhaps due to having a finger in many pies

The London Metal Exchange price of copper has not fallen .

It is only the US price due to Trump’s latest tariff policy (US prices were a lot higher than LME due to tariff threats)

Chrome prices are the same as the beginning of April (look at Tharisa investors info) and PGM prices substantially higher.

Yet according to the latest RNS it is all doom and gloom on the chrome front.

I hope that the delay in the publication of the circular is due to renegotiation of the sale price or second thoughts on the sale.

How long does it take to produce output figures for one plant?

It is totally reasonable to ask for regular updates,suggesting ways of getting them and for a fulltime CEO to actually get things moving.

Why earlier posts asking for this have been removed is very strange.

Shareholders do own the company and therefore should not be ignored or treated like mushrooms in a dark room

Any sensible shareholder with money invested here should be very interested on what the company is upto.

The only money wasted here is the pay of the CEO

Excellent decision by Supreme Court -never understood why people should have been compensated for not shoping around for cheaper finance deals.

Time to act in the shareholders interests -let’s have a full time dedicated CEO who can actually spare the time to take the company forward.
