He might have said that to try and stop any made up 'leaks' from claiming a result before the results are actually in. Now everyone knows it won't be to the weekend, its pointless someone trying to claim they know what the results are before then.

15.12 - Yes, I don't comment on my trading very often, but its not just HL and have found its not been easy today to get trades through. I think everyone (including the brokers) are struggling to decide what way this is going. I ended up putting one order in at 'best', which didn't turn out to well. But I did manage to just sneak a sell in above 4p in the brief moment we went back in the blue.

All set for the long weekend now. Got what I wanted out of this, more than I really expected a few weeks ago in a good case scenerio, and I've some left in the pot to see what happens on Tuesday. It'll either be what I'm left holding until the next drill, or it'll be a very healthy trading pot for when this settles down. But either way, I can sleep easy tonight :)

Yes the price has dropped, but still comfortably above 4p equivalent. And look at the volume, 200m in 10 minutes.

Would suggest there is still some demand, it doesn't look to be a mass sell off at the moment. We might even finish blue today.

Not sure how long the flow test is expect to take, can't remember seeing any guidance on that for this one. Charlie 1 was expected to be about 14 days per flow test, so assume it'll be something similar. Although the PANR flowtest seems to be taking a while.

No the update did not say this. It said that the formation might be 500 feet thicker than at willow. No indication was given to the size of the pay zones within the formation.

Yes I'm expecting the same, if initial test results do come in over the weekend as indicated, then it'll most likely be an asx announcement on Tuesday morning as the first news.

My feeling is that this rampathon still has legs, its fascinating to watch the effect of hype on the various social media platforms. And its interesting that with all the people declaring they've sold, (and few people declaring buying), the sp is up 40-50%. So where have all the shares gone? The clue maybe in the posts at 17.10 and 17.12

16.44 - we've risen because of very heavy buying in the US. PANR is known about, it hasn't attracted much interest. When it does get mentioned, it just seems to get seen as a another reason to by 88E from what I've seen in the posting. Its a mystery why so people in the US have suddenly latched on to us, but thats the way it is. Something to take into account if you're expecting PANR to rise in a similar manner. Likewise for all the other stocks being posted about today.

Funny how so many people today want to be giving us tips on where to invest next. Think I'd rather go and gamble everything on bitcoin than put money into some of these 'tips' today. A lot safer and less stressful ;)

The picture has changed here with the effect of the US interest, it caught everyone by surprise and is probably underestimated by many.

Traditional ways of arriving at a market valuation are out of the window (for the time being at least). Its all about what's trending, and for the moment that's us.

Logically you'd think that if results are not good the SP will tank as the new found fan base sell up. But will logic come into it? Will they see a Charlie-1 type result with gas instead of oil as bad news? Warren Buffett is betting on gas, that may have an impact for how similar results are seen in the US.

Its all a big unknown in my view.

I assume if preliminary results are expected over the weekend, the next annoucement will be first thing tuesday morning on ASX. Both LSE and ASX are closed monday.

But with OTC trading on Monday, I'm not sure if that creates scope for an announcement when the listed markets are closed.

Its been out since 7am rfarfa, just ASX catching up with the annoucement released in london first.

Possibly hinting it is a discovery, update is unnecessary in my view. Its purpose seems to be to highlight what a good purchase Umiat is if a discovery is made at Merlin. So why highlight that now? If merlin is a dud, it makes Umiat less attractive.

Sounding confident that it will be a discovery. No need to release that update now, the plan for Umiat was known, likewise wireline logging being underway was known.
