Hi oldblue, I don't remember the exact details but it's in one of the earlier RNS's about the off-take agreement with Thyssen Krupp which talks about how much they "pay" for the processing and therefore only get a lower price. However this off-take agreement has a limited volume and if the JORC comes in positive, they will certainly be able to sign new agreements and even re-negotiate it this one. On top of that, they also said (correct me if I'm wrong) that they want to do more processing themselves on site which should further increase the price for which they can sell the goods. I guess the near and long term future hangs on the "imminent" JORC and I can only guess that it is somehow positive considering that every single director of the company took some shares in the placing which shows their confidence. Having had a 1st look at the samples send to the lab, I guess they have a pretty good feeling for what it should be. Here is hope...
