PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
We haven't received a production update since April and somehow I would appreciate to know what is going on on the ground. Are we producing? How much per months? How has the price of our rare earths developed and therefore how much revenue have we generated over the last 6 months. Now all of that is not mandatory, however as a shareholder I would like to know what is going on...not on a weekly basis, quarterly would do just fine.

Personally I see the main shareholder taking every opportunity to add shares which is perfectly fine for me. Even more interesting is that 3p seems the new floor until JORC news and the MM's seem to have a hard time to create a market on a lower level which means this should get a pretty good push upwards on goods news. Here is hope...

Hi oldblue, I don't remember the exact details but it's in one of the earlier RNS's about the off-take agreement with Thyssen Krupp which talks about how much they "pay" for the processing and therefore only get a lower price. However this off-take agreement has a limited volume and if the JORC comes in positive, they will certainly be able to sign new agreements and even re-negotiate it this one. On top of that, they also said (correct me if I'm wrong) that they want to do more processing themselves on site which should further increase the price for which they can sell the goods. I guess the near and long term future hangs on the "imminent" JORC and I can only guess that it is somehow positive considering that every single director of the company took some shares in the placing which shows their confidence. Having had a 1st look at the samples send to the lab, I guess they have a pretty good feeling for what it should be. Here is hope...

Raising money at a premium is always a good sign and having your own directors do it on a frequent basis does make sure that the shares remain in the hands of the people that see the long term value of the project. Very happy with that.

Hi MM, thanks for your insights. Not a trader but learned that using charts can be useful especially to make the decisions when to take profit. Looks like all indicators are positiv that we might be able to "worry" about taking profits at some point. Here is hope.
From a chartist perspective, can you tell us the next resistance points up- and down wards? I remember on another share this being discussed.
cheers
