I would encourage everybody to look at page 8 of the company presentation and putting the comment in the NEW price context. To make it easy, Gakara and Phalaborwa were already supported at price levels of Nd oxide USD 40/ kg and Pr oxide USD 55/ kg... todays pricing of those 2 materials are: Nd oxide USD 108/ kg (+150%) and Pr oxide USD 80/ kg (+50%). Wolfiebill, it's an "almost" monopoly and the US is currently heavily investing into building their own processing infrastructure to become less dependent... however, that will take time, say 2025.

kipperfoot, the sp didn't increase over the last days and weeks in anticipation of the drill results but rather in anticipation of the sample results so the real "anticipation" will continue until these results will be communicated and therefore i expect the sp will continue to rise until then. Then, IF these results are good, you suddenly will look at a company that has a Multi Billion Dollar asset secured with very little CAPEX to be invested to actually materialize it. Just saying...

It’s a „standard clause“ for AIM companies to allow for future financing rounds, if needed. While I’m not blind to the fact that RBW will need money to develop further, I somehow believe that the management team will not want to dilute too much and will find other ways to finance the program. The management team clearly are balls deep into it with owning a combined almost 40% of shares currently issued.

freelark, without knowing what the correct answers to your questions are, I would like to draw your attention to the last time they required money to further develop the project, e.g. CAPEX to buy the new trucks. Adonis provided the finance out of his own pocket at favorable rates (and good for him with current negative interest rates in standard bank accounts) and I can see him doing the same again to avoid further dilution. How many producing rare earth companies do you know where the management team owns almost half of the company shares? They want to max this out at minimum dilution...

dw, agreed, a capital raise could easily also mean to have the majority owner reaching in his own pocket again and providing finance at very low interest rates...just as he did previously.

OAPK, it’s a good (well overdue) update. I also agree with your comment towards ale... it’s still far from „proven and defined“! Comments like that drive me crazy as it is either a unnecessary ramp or pure missing understanding of the scope of work still to be done before it’s „proven“. I leave it to ale himself to put his comment in the relevant category. Other than that, I’m really pleased with the update and the given horizon on next steps. It should be a great time ahead!

OAPK, the JORC is not "The more they prove the bigger the JORC". We need to keep to the facts and saying that "a couple of weeks" is different than "in the coming weeks" after 3.5 months (say 15 weeks!!!) have passed isn't facts... and you know it. It's a PR stunt waiting to be exposed and I expect better of a CEO. That being said, today's RNS is at least positive in the sense that they seem to be able to increase the output after all the investments made.

RNS June 22nd 2020: Rainbow is expecting the finalisation of a maiden JORC (2012) compliant resource statement for the Gakara Project within the coming weeks, which will mark an important milestone for the Company. This will allow the Company to further define the capital requirements for both exploration to grow the resource and further trial mining to demonstrate the continuity of minerology. The understanding of the resource base from both exploration and trial mining will allow a technical study to be completed for the expansion of the operations at the Gakara Project to a commercial scale.

OAPK, BS, you can't announce in a RNS that the JORC is due "in a couple of weeks" and then don't do anything. If the JORC is ready, it is commercial sensitive data and therefore has to be released to the market immediately. Besides, again, they said they would inform the market so they have/ will do once it's available to them. BTW, I'm invested...
