Well, they've sold another 1.5M which as a number isn't huge relative to overall shares or even their own shareholding. Absolutely huge though in terms of being poorly handled by way of explanation - could be a totally logical explanation or we're just in the hands of another AIM financing scheme albeit this time the funder presented themselves as something else.

Did express deep concerns - this is 4.4% of co, Regent will take it up to 10% and probably add the same again on for all the other amounts owed however you do now know the lights are on for 4 to 6 months.
Not great but could have been a hell of a lot worse

Well all in all its an okay read and although deep concerns about how much of the Company will be given away to settle Regent, GR Trust, O/S wages etc when this is all over pleased to see GR & Regent have provided leeway to keep the lights on for at least the next few months. Probably okay time to average down for the zealots but for me still better medium term opportunities around

Read it properly, EBITDA is reduced by £50M per month and cash is £15M per month and are assessing whether they can get that down to zero
It was hardly complicated to read it and get the facts correct.

C7 - I live a rural and solitary life, might sound silly but if you've got a garden or yard order yourself some potting compost and few seeds (if a few quid grab a grow light) and some of the fabric growing containers. Some great free apps about to help you manage it and all of a sudden you'r e kept amused for a day or two a week with a new compulsive disorder. Definitely passes the time. I'm just doing it on 18 acres and will soon be able to feed a small village

Charlie, no idea about getting back into the UK but it looks as though from today no planes landing in the bloc - flight from Turkey not letting passengers off the plane in Germany and sending it back. Might not agree with your views but be safe out there as you may be there for a while.

Not long ago I made the analogy that holding Prem was akin to holding a ticket for the 66/1 outsider in the Grand National but only at odds of 10/1.
Not going to pretend to be a smart arse as called this price to be here for non delivery of plant, result of tailings anlaysis and need for dilution NOT for the world changing because of a virus.
However the result is the same and the Grand National analogy is more true, this now has to be pure binary, will the race even happen this year or poof and it's all gone?
So being a silly bar steward never off loaded the 9M when the line fell so for better or worse hopefully see you all on the other side if we're still here in 4 months or so but in the interim so looking forward to not reading the ramping b'**** anymore , we all now know it's life support.
Fingers crossed for any buggers in too deep, the story was good and the company should have been better prepared for the coming months ..... unfortunately many management decisions mitigated the chances of this.
