really, we've acquired more licenses over more land for which we have no funds to explore in a country where there is a chronic shortage of pens to sign off any paperwork even if we had funds. However the goods news is read Li3's Annual Report and the licenses should fit right in with our portfolio as they raised a substantial amount last year to explore and drill Zim and Mozzarellas as a priority no less. Unfortunately never did so they're going to fit right in with the rest of our wishful thinking undrilled and unquantified assets. Roll on the next confetti moment, can't wait.

Here's an interesting one for you, call up the 2 year chart and note the similarities from the 1st Oct 2019 spike to the Nov 18 spike - sort of tells you what is going to happen here again without "real" not fluff news.
I'm on the it's going to be continuing fluff for the foreseeable future probability side, so may miss a lower spike or two which will occur but it took 11 months from Nov 18 to reach bottom last time so why risk anything over the next 3 months. Have the old SIPP 9M in if wrong, if I'm right it'll be another 10M bought for peanuts to sell on next major pump. Last transactions on Prem still the sells at 0.135 several months ago from the load bought on last bottom.

Included back of a fag pack standard valuation for Dugbe .... The Dugbe Gold Project has Resources currently totalling 4.2Moz of gold and a completed NI 43-101 compliant PEA on the project showing a 43% IRR and US$337m NPV at a US$1,500 gold price.
From where I'm sitting over the next two years this will now firm up from back of a fag packet to gold standard calculation at no risk to Hum. Perhaps getting that NPV up to $500M gold standard DFS resource statement. If the BoD's decision from this transaction alone adds some $250M (50%) to Hum's value over 24 month's will it still be viewed as such a bad deal?
Quite happy to keep adding to holding each day funds allow based on this

Note 19 also tells you another $11M in amortisation (similar) bringing total $39M from Ebitda - at current time forecast amortisation for 2020 is $8M then $4M
Lot to like when you dig down into the numbers, appreciate LOM rolling plan isn't great, but looking forward there seems to be great deal of good stuff to come - as I'm ongoing buyer looking medium term I can wait for the price disconnect to catch up but still a bit of a shame today's fall as feel it was unwarranted.

Note 14 in the Accounts available on web site, $28M is the Depn Charge for the year

MM - thanks for the reminder in that out of the new £30M GR has gone through we used some of it to dig a trench in 2011.

Okay SK I'll mention it - Katete was identified in the prospectus several years ago as being the second priority for Prem to exploit with the funds raised on listing.
Guess what ,meant SFA all then and means SFA now, it's a scrap of ground with next to SFA work done on it and we don't have the cash to do anything with it now. Just more GR BS from over the years

Napom - how is my view? It's an RNS from July 2019 stating why we were giving them $1M and then recent RNS's and webinar which show MNH have achieved next to SFA since compared to why we gave them the money (4,500 tons to 5,400).
As indicated I'd advise people to vote for the increase but not because of any of the BS Prem or yourself post which has been consistently wrong now for over 5 years and it would appear you're just doing more of the same again, but like Prem

The $1M was ours though and here we are the best part of a year later about to chuck yet more at it and the discrepancy which is as wide as the Grand Canyon hasn't been answered.
I can go back years to my first Corporate Governance postings - stank then, stinks now & unfortunately till dressed it's a traders paradise and not an investment and should be viewed as such.
