Jonjo - it doesn't take a huge IQ to realise no-one is buying these shares in any volume at these prices. Why? because there is an 80% probability you could buy them cheaper next week and next week will likewise be the same. Same as last week and the week before etc. Based on the car crash that is this company, the world situation, the Zim situation you should be stealing yourself for an enterprise value of £2-4M not the £8M it currently is. That's why nobody is buying shares, not rocket science and most definitely not the gloom and doom merchants are wanting to buy your shares. It's a POS and market is merely finding true value

Share has done exactly what said it would do .... down, down, deeper and down
Pretty amazing actually that we're still getting the odd people with all is great with this and that riches are around the corner, keep going round corners and you end up back where you started which is a downward trend.
Earlier prediction from the week of 0.007701 to sell being a good price has turned out totally correct, you can buy for far less now and the same will continue for the foreseeable future so still absolutely no reason to buy as the POS is still a POS and nowhere near dead cat bouncing territory yet.

I see today on the board. Ah well the last share trade, a sell at 0.0751 suggests a TKO for Mr Wales. Matt you need better opposition or opposition with something other than fantasy in their armoury

Todays small number of trades today reflecting the blindingly obvious, progressively lower and lower sell price even for small amounts. Soon below 0.075 at current rate based on today thus far so not only declining price but I'd guess anybody with 10 mil plus shares would have to take a monster haircut to get rid of them.
Guess some people will still want to tell us everything is all peachy in the Prem garden but even they must be doubting it by now

Wolf - rose tinted even extending to valuing my 8.944M shares, they're only worth £6,700 not £9K. Nah it's more something to do in quiet times - rest of my shares are pretty boring things are happening moving them forward so little to comment upon other than the speed of progress could always be better. This is the exception I can see everything holding this back and nothing of real substance to drive it forward and funding requirements are miles closer here than any of my other stocks. Combine that with all that has happened with Prem previously and current sentiment the current pandemic fallout (from a pandemic that the WHO say hasn't even started) it's becoming a perfect storm. So I leave the 8.944M where they are in case I'm wrong but if I'm right and we revisit the bottoms through worse sentiment and dilution there will in all likelihood be a bounce. If I think its going to be 30-50% yep I'll put a few grand in. Think whole market thinks the same which is why no volume on buy side people have had enough and even the most optimistic of you aren't putting your hands in your pockets. Seriously if I lose £6,700 it's not the end of the world, pain in the arse yes but been here so long may as well stay for the next chapter

Shame you didn't finish your research Jonjo because if you did you'd know Li3 aren't exactly flush and on the 25th June issued a non underwritten rights issues for Aus1.1M. There is no lock in period mentioned in the Prem RNS and it's a non time comment in the Li3 announcement ie upside in a day, a week, a month etc. ASX mining sometimes makes AIM look highly regulated so a combination of a not cash rich holder and a nothing comment means I wouldn't assume anything and most certainly not the conclusion you arrived at.

Wolf - the price is generally lower each day yet neither myself nor from the trading volume do other people buy in. The reason the price is going down is well commented on, I can repeat it all again if you want. My observation is that it's a POS at this moment in time and the price will continue down and yes at sometime the price v risk reward may make it worth a few grand. I've openly said I'll review at 0.06 but that's all it is a review. This idea that we've a buy in price is silly, if I still don't like circumstances at 0.06 then I won't. Of more interest now is the longer nothing happens the more the likelihood of a proverbial *** or bust placing in which case I wouldn't touch it at 0.06 as there is the previous backstop down in the 0.03's. If I do buy I very much doubt they will be held for more than 24 hours.

Matt - you forgot to include the Regent rolled over loan and loads of accumulated interest. The one that was extended to 31st March 2020 but we've not heard anything since. Also Li3 have a pile to sell and need the cash alongside MNH's shares to be offloaded.
Going to be a cracker when the dilution for all these plus the ones you mentioned come along and as you indicate the day of reckoning can only be put off for so long.
Lack of interest and volume means people can't even get out now if they hold more than a few million. We seem to have all the ingredients to be top of the fallers board when it comes, the days of issuing with a 20% discount could well be looked on with a certain fondness.
Got to admit this share is pure comedy gold and taught me an awful lot about AIM

Sakha - not too sure on timing but watched this morning's auction which at one time was 10% + and then a 5M transaction at 0.081 (a sell). To me just another case of shenanigans to try and generate some buying interest but there isn't any yet share is showing now 6.67% +. It plainly isn't but for how long this will continue I've no idea as there a re billions of pieces of confetti to get through here, some already in issue and some to follow. 0.06 is where I'll look but if we're still churning by then it'll go lower IMO

ps - in all likelihood will go private at some time but reckon at least another year and lots of share cap to dilute along the way so not a huge risk on my scoreboard at this time

YNWA - there's a range of between 0.03 and 0.175 with half a dozen step points such as 0.06 and 0.135. Longer the drought the lower it goes, possibility of news and up she goes, as reality of what news really means and forward looking statements comes in down she goes again. Have to be at lowest of low and get the most believable of news to catch bottom and top for a multi-bag but enough 1 to 2 bag opportunities whilst the lt.'s hold out for their mythical unicorn. Watching and will consider at 0.06 but if don't see evidence of that holding then we could well get another lowest of the low chance. Just requires patience that's all and having been around here for 7 years now have plenty of it and it serves well.

NUK - yes they may but not too sure the ability to lick their own balls is really going to help Prem's share price

Wolf - I don't believe it is possible to delete previous posts so no idea what you're going on about & yes for a complete laugh I still have 8.944M shares in this POS just sitting in a SIPP. Nothing in ISA or trading account but don't worry I'll let you know if circumstances here ever change and I see a quick trading profit to be made. I'll think about it when the 6's arrive but till then far better places for my cash to be, 80:20 downside rather than upside from here and I need it to be the other way round and even then you're having to rely on the pump brigade to find new lemmings.

No Wolf, you've merely 18M reasons at -12% today to be more miserable than me & I've got about £15K in trading profits on Prem since seeing the light to slightly cheer me up on the 9M shares I still have.

Wolf - even the standard of witty put down / insult is a POS. How Prem is run alongside the share price is obviously contagious and infected team ramp. Buy's in the 7's tomorrow with that UT at 0.75 most likely

Ah don't be a killjoy Hammered, just let them carry on in denial and being completely wrong as to what the pesky bot is up to (and failing at) which is to try and keep the floor on the share price collapsing. Just putting off the inevitable unless they can rustle up some good news which the market doesn't just go looks like, feels like and smells like more GR BS. Mal - fortunately very few bought back in 2013 and more than recouped quite a few pennies here and on the little suggestions I gave 1981. Appreciate you prefer making witty pointless comments but for me I find profit a better outcome so absolutely no bitterness from me, just waiting for the next opportunity to make and take some more pounds off the table with this one. Be my guest and go and buy some Prem today, I'll carry on waiting as far better prices on route :-)

See how one followed another - what's happened to all the ramp brigade like Snowking and others who got all excited on last weeks trades and were telling us all to buy? We need Mal and Eddie and the rest of the chuckle brothers back as holding shares here isn't going to eb a laugh for a while.
