Good points, TL. But on the flip side, if they've got a variety of firms manufacturing on strict licencing agreements and, let's go crazy here, 10 million of these things out deployed with a handsome revenue stream, my guess is that someone somewhere will be looking at it from the point of view a cash generator or maybe even a way into that part of the sector. Just the simplistic ramblings of a black country boy!! GLA.
Whilst I agree with you regarding David and Shavit wanting to reward themselves, and that may ultimately be by way of dividends, I still think this will get sold once they monetise the products. Having said that, I'd be happy either way!! Time will tell, GLA.
I do believe this will be sold at some point purely on the basis that the significant individuals here have a track record of such. Personally, I cant see it happening unless and until the business has, at the very least, begun to monetise its products and gone cashflow positive. Ultimately, David & co wont see a serious return on their efforts unless the share price and, therefore, market cap increases considerably from its current position. Also, David seems to have been consistent in saying that 2020 was aiming to be a breakout year with mass deployment being the objective, and 2021 being the big year for the return on that mass deployment. Time, as always, will tell. GLA.
You may well be absolutely right TL. I guess it may depend on how many zero's someone waves at him and the other major holders but, either way, I'm hoping/looking forward to seeing this develop over the coming couple of years and beyond and seeing where it takes us. GLA.
I have absolutely no basis in fact for this but I wouldn't be surprised if David was targeting a similar deal to the Broadlight one although that would be some way down the line. Frankly, whatever target sale price he has in mind I suspect I'd be very happy with! And given his holding, the richer he becomes from a selling his shares as part of a takeover the better!!
No worries Bidnolid, and let's hope so! That's certainly my hope Tracylied but getting a feel for this company and its market isn't particularly straight forward albeit the individuals involved are steeped in this type of work and product development and they are certainly mixing in some very interesting circles. It's going to be an interesting next year one way or another. GLA.
I was never really in tune with the £3 by Christmas suggestion but, equally, I don't see the business hitting a wall either. The market here is a very large one and, even though there are some serious players involved who currently hold a major proportion of the market share, I do believe that Enet has some excellent solutions. I suspect that there are issues such as secrecy whilst contract negotiations are undertaken and the requirement for anonymity at signing that will mean that news flow will be very limited. Ultimately, if the business goes in the direction I hope it will, it may be a long wait between communiques from the company but a share price rerate at each announcement. Here's hoping anyway. GLA.
