Ok, so we are suspended. If it was bad news they would have released it in the morning. I consider numerous things could have gone wrong, the obvious ones, the advisors have resigned, or no longer in any talks with any credible party or Putin has confiscated all the assets .
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and one would have hoped for this RNS of today to have popped around last year . But, then you were going through a pandemic. The world only started opening around February and maybe since the last RNS in March that things were progressing and maybe the next RNS states that the company proposes a dividend of x amount along with shares in a new company and to qualify you must be on the register ,last day being the 13th March. To be voted at or before the next AGM.
If the company disappoints then I can kiss goodbye to my small fortune. But the directors loose their wealth that is tied up ,most importantly the reputation.
I currently have another stock that is suspended and that is AAA. I am confident on both fronts.

Spoke to Chris at Buchanan the firm handling there PR. The company should be making an announcement in the next couple of weeks on the completion of the transaction and then the grey market would come into play. The company are busy and he could not see a reason to worry.

Just spoke to Oberon, trying to pinpoint on a date for the grey market to start. Could not give a date but was told confidently that it should happen very soon.

Surely, about time for an announcement. We were told that everything would be done and dusted by the end of April.

Spoke to Optiva they are not making a market. Oberon will start making a grey market ,but not as yet. There is no indicative price as yet. You can only register your interest for buying and selling .
So where are people are getting a figure of 20p is hard to work out.

I don't post a lot but have a sizeable holding . I have been in EUA for over three years. I am fairly confident that the company will deliver as it is too late to be calling the company and the professionals part of a scam.
I am really looking forward to the next few months along with my other holdings in AAA and GDR.

Anyone buying at the open will struggle. Let us see what tricks mms use today. The demand will be huge. Possibly we may get a holding RNS later during the day.

The shares were being sold over few days at the agreed price. Hence the share price was being pegged despite the volume bought.
They could only issue the RNS once the shares had been sold. Had they informed the market beforehand still the result would have been the same if not worse.
If it was a scam then he could have sold out at a much higher price. As he was an insider. I think an offer is pretty much on the table and the sale is one of the conditions which UBS and D L Piper would have agreed.
Also why would the company use " multiple" non binding offers instead of singular then I would have been with yesterday's fall.
Also he sells and Blackrock increase which does not make sense.
Today will be interesting to say the least. We could have multiple RNS.

I am taking the plunge in the morning , will be virtually impossible to buy . I don't think they will open under £5.00 best chance will be to leave a fill and kill instruction. Hoping the order gets filled. Any sound advise will be welcomed.
