I am invested here and I rarely post as I enjoy reading then spouting to see if my thought process is aligned. Nobody invested wants to end up loosing their capital.

Lenigas is no one's friend and I would think he is profiting from a mixture of created hype and to date drill results and he wants to make sure that carries on. A raise will take place but at what price that is the million dollar question.

One just has to be careful not to get carried away with the hype too.

The closing price of the share reflects what the report is stating . So already priced in. Might affect the bid price. Lots of positives.

It is good to see the enthusiasm. At this stage nothing is certain the institutional investors could be the stumbling block. They may reject a low ball figure enough for Sidara to walk away.

Hopefully the financial review will probably throw more light on the state of the business. Also on the break up value of the business or as a whole. If the value is say £1 .50 per share then that would be the value or near that figure the management will be thinking of.

I think more chance of inside information being leaked in Dubai or the Arab world. Have not seen any big buys going through that reflect in the trading pattern. Saying that I am not a fly on the wall.

The auditors will qualify the audit report on the basis of going concern if imminent funding is not received. I don't expect the company to be listed anytime soon. Hope for the best.

If one looks from the angle of the sale. I could possibly see another RNS dropping on lines of completion of the audit and the company is in the final stages of the sale of assets. Hence the company feels the shares to remain suspended.

Technically they could remain suspended for further six months . Just my thoughts.

Why not suspend today. This would have been the case if the auditors had said they have issues with EUA as a going concern. Last time it was suspended came back and saw the share price in 30's . I did quite well . I still have a sizeable position. Worried of course , but I have not put my house on it.
