Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Bootle,
Perhaps the application is complete as per Navitas's investor presentation?
PMO were keen at the end of last year to report that they had made the development "carbon neutral" I think that was after feedback from the initial application.

"The United Kingdom rejects the statement by the Argentine Government that these developments are contrary to General Assembly resolution 31/49, and reiterates its unequivocal support for the right of the Falkland Islanders to develop their natural resources for their own economic benefit. Argentine domestic law, including the three laws passed in 2020, does not apply to the Falkland Islands."https://en.mercopress.com/2021/01/29/falklands-sovereignty-in-un-letter-uk-makes-clear-to-argentina-its-historical-and-legal-position.InterestingMogger

6/1 owned around 1.9m shares or 2.3 if you read it differently

Ross,
You first stated that ".... am I wrong when I say that almost every arbitration award is one third or less of the headline claim?"
Now you say " All the available data and the articles that I have read "
All you have to do now is find out all the data on the cases where the quantum hasn't been released. Then you might come to a sensible conclusion. The fact is that no one knows what the award will be in this case, although one can be sure that the case will be heard on its individual merits and not by comparison to awards in other unrelated cases.
Mogger
Ross,
At the end of the tribunals most parties decide not to publish the quantum.
You are only looking at a the very few that remain even if you really did trawl through italaw.
Look at the bi annual accounts from icsid. Then you can work out the number of awards missing
Mogger
Ross,
You must have access to some very sensitive information. How could you possibly know the values of the initial claim and the quantum on all the successful cases brought to ICSID over a certain period to make your claim?
It is certainly not in the public domain
Mogger
Godders
It's got nothing to do with liking or disliking you.
Just don't know why you have to make things up
Why do you change your stock holding numbers all the time? You've already said you've never sold any. Did you really buy 1 m shares in 24 hrs?!
And we have nothing in common. I'm not 80% down on my shares

The 24 month moratorium on new exploration permits in Italy was due to end in February. The Italian government have not extended the ban. Reported on 28th December
Its always best to do research before making comments

Longer,
No one, not even Boris, has said that from last Sunday there would be no new UKEF investment in oil and gas projects .
He mentioned "very limited exceptions". Why mention them if there are not to be some exceptions?!
The announcement had been talked about for months so it shouldn't have come to anyone as a huge surprise - least of all Navitas. I don't think they would have put in their Powerpoint presentation and also in their Q3 financial report ( a more legal document) if they didn't think it to be true.
Mogger
Marked
This recent document has nothing to do with UKEF. It is to to keep the Green Lobby happy if this project is to start
I'm not sure I mentioned UKEF but this is the Navitas document that states
""The financing planned for 1 Phase will be secured and mostly guaranteed by the British government"

Caroline Lucas asked the question a few weeks ago. Her question during PMQ's was just a test to see if Boris knew what he was talking about.
Here is a list of the projects that will be cancelled on today's news..
