Some long term holders will remember when we were going to have a decline into both Aguinaga and into Alpala, maybe this will re-emerge and instead use the decline into Tandayama American as well as expanding Alpala to the North West towards Trivinio and Moran, where the deposit is still open, this information has somehow got lost in the noise over the last few years
All we have to do is prove Tandayama America is the replacement for aguninaga, have a look on page 25 of the old presentation(link below) to remind yourselves, this I believe is the root Solgold is now heading towards, with maybe a fast tracked gold mine at blanca, remember the phrase going for gold, boot strap start from Blanca

There is the "business model" on the website
https://www.solgold.com.au/about-us/#model
The exploration of copper and gold is core to SolGold’s business model. SolGold generates value by discovering and defining world-class projects and maximizes funds, using an established systematic and disciplined approach to exploration targeting grassroots opportunities to ensure low cost entry in to projects.
Which looking at the "internet wayback machine", hasnt changed, if anyone wants to spend some time looking at the historic solgold web site look at http://web.archive.org/ and input https://www.solgold.com.au/ into the URL field

This RNS has been expected and was reported on the 15th September, but in typical Solgold fashion, it's a month late, this should have been filed by end of December last year, link to RNS from September

Quady, I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but you are like a broken record with the “going to production” phrase, the management are open to ALL avenues for monetarisation of Alpala and any other concession it owns, the “Fact” to substantiate this claim as you like to see facts
Read page 35 of the link provided below, and therefore it is not fact we are going to production, it’s a fact it could be a possible route to monetarisation, along with a possibility of a JV or a sale of a concession
VOLATILITY OF COMMODITY PRICES
Solgold’ s possible future revenues will probably be derived mainly from Gold and Copper and/or from royalties gained from potential joint ventures or from mineral projects sold.

Please give the board a break from your only singular one track mine of going to production, it’s not the only route
Opening paragraph would indicate that the whole $150 million is for Cascabel, not just alpala, that's the way i read it
The Board of Directors of SolGold (LSE & TSX: SOLG) is pleased to announce that SolGold has entered into a US$100 million Net Smelter Returns Financing ("NSR Financing") Agreement with Franco-Nevada Corporation ("Franco-Nevada"), with an option to upsize the financing to US$150 million at the Company's election, with reference to the Company's flagship Alpala copper-gold project and the remainder of the Cascabel license in northern Ecuador

As a major share holder like BHP, Newcrest etc can actually vote on the day either electronically via a SRN number or in person at the AGM, and hence NM may not know which resolutions have been passed or not until the day
