Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Iceberg, the monies from FN are for Cascabel, and are not restricted to Alpala, the NSR is for 1% of Cascabel
For the first US$100 million, Franco-Nevada will receive a perpetual 1% NSR interest from SolGold calculated with reference to Net Smelter Returns from the Cascabel licence area.
The Board of Directors of SolGold (LSE & TSX: SOLG) is pleased to announce that SolGold has entered into a US$100 million Net Smelter Returns Financing ("NSR Financing") Agreement with Franco-Nevada Corporation ("Franco-Nevada"), with an option to upsize the financing to US$150 million at the Company's election, with reference to the Company's flagship Alpala copper-gold project and the remainder of the Cascabel license in northern Ecuador.

The RNS has mentioned this is part of the ongoing Cascabel Feasibility Sterilisation Drilling Program, if this is the case then Solgold were not looking for a material to mine, but probably the complete opposite, i.e. baron ground that can be used for infrastructure, can one of the Geo’s confirm what Sterilisation drilling is?
Just maybe TA is where they thought the infrastructure to support any tailings storage facility would be placed for alpala
But if they have now discovered that there is material in the ground at TA then they still need to locate an area in the cascabel concession to house the infrastructure
Just a different view of the same RNS, but good never the less
ET, this is what i did
Log into your HL account and go into your "secure emails", within here go to send a message, within here select "nature of your enquiry" ensuring that "Corporate Actions instructions" entry is selected
After this type a message with how you want to vote on all the resolutions, below is what I sent
With respect to the upcoming AGM for Solgold PLC Registered in England & Wales with Company No. 5449516, please can you submit the following proxy votes on my behalf?
Pass or Reject (depending on how you want to vote) Resolutions 1 to 12 which will be proposed as Ordinary Resolutions, and

The current number of shares held for the said company across my ISA and Sipp is not as many as some of the dudes on LSE
Then about 6 days later I received notification in my personal email inbox to log onto my HL account
Log on your HL account and go into either your SIPP/ISA etc. and select transaction history, then look for the corporate actions tab, in here will be your what’s been recorded for your votes
HTH to any HL customers, please note that the deadline to vote is 10th Dec 2020
Also wrt to BHP they will have a change of CEO come 1st Jan 2021, so maybe the out going CEO does not want to make any decision about Solgold, let the new incumbent take the reigns on a possible deal with solgold

Agree with that Quady, Phat has been good to this BB, he has retweeted this tweet from filthy rich a few days ago, so maybe he is just lurking, hoping that his prediction will somehow come true, lets all hope so :)

Earthling, I think the 2-3 week delay was first mentioned back in September, so now some 6 weeks later it is still outstanding, but looking at the list of incomplete tasks, noted in this RNS https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/SOLG/pre-feasibility-study-update-alpala-project-keaabbuw78ztvl8.html
You would have to say that list does suggest to me that the PFS is far from being completed, maybe someone with a far better understanding of mining could comment on that list?
Someone on here has mentioned Jason Ward commenting on that Cascabel needs further exploration so as not to put the processing plant onto a porphyry system, as this was still outstanding back in September, what chance of the PFS being delivered any time soon?
On the flip side of the coin, if any bidder is waiting for the release of the PFS, then it gives Solgold more time to drill at some of our current locations, and hence this could be a blessing in disguise :)
