Yes , I have done a lot of research about Finablr ,NMC and what happened there. Investors lost a lot of money. The question would then be how safe is it to invest here when these guys couldn't smell (or did they?) what was happening at Finablr (/NMC) when they were signing those agreements. Their judgement still will be questioned.
Unless the board comes out and dissociate themselves/explain that then this will only go one way.
