Lloyds refused me mortgage 17 yrs ago, went to RBS, never missed a Month; they refused again last year and got one with Natwest : truly dont know who gets mortgage/ loans with them; seem to deliberately choose those who will default , hence the huge sums of money aside to cover, money which you think should be for shareholders: so yes this bank is badly run or the personnel or their algorithms need changing.

I have never defaulted on my mortgage, BUT twice I have failed to get a mortgage with lloyds: I wonder what algorithm they use to get those customers who default on repayments: its got to be inverted logic as I have ended up at RBS and NatWest each time they have turned me down.

This is one of the biggest tests for Avacta, after failing many that have come before. To drop sp on such a day already shows investors have lost faith in what this co. claims to stand for ; this is a stern test for the affirmers. Do they work or are just a useless, meaninglessness concoction.
