Looks like theres been a few delayed buys today. Delayed from the rise on Thursday...funny that. MMs up to their usual tricks.

This is another one that's a when not an if it'll rise. Any RNS saying the funds have arrived will shoot this up. At least 3.5p, if not more bouncing the over buying. I wouldn't sell less than 10p...might take a top slice though.

BP wont buy us out, they have already started selling their downstream assets to open up funds for the bigger projects offshore. See the RNS for Serica Energy. SQZ

I'm convinced it was due to the MOU contract that never appeared on here. Everyone saw RNS and bought then read it but at that point they saw it wasn't cash here so the sells began. I shouldn't have reacted to it sooner to be fair. But hey, on to round 2

Yeah, then dropping the offer is only encouraging people to buy more. Now the word is out it's 3.5p minimum. No one is selling. I'll sell them half my holding at 3.5p if they want to give me a call. Easy pay day.

Yeah, happy to put a stop loss on at 3.5p when we go past it. Just gonna keep moving it up. Would be great to see 4.5p or another day like yesterday.

Exactly. We are going to welcome the second rise. Not sure that just that contract caused the pump and dump. If we can see a 50% rise on just a simple contract then once funds get here it'll fly. 5 or 6 first port of call to break through highly years. Very doable IMO. GLA

MMs boosting their christmas bonuses. They sold all the shares at sub 3.5 dropped it to make more when the payment arrives. None of this 'no demand' of course there is a demand. share prices don't jump 70% and then go down to net a 6.25% gain. There is a demand and this is being worked.

This is one hell of a tree shake. MM's caught out. Need to drop the share so they can actually make a market.

2.8 mill shares bought at 3+ levels. Good to see. Not sure why anyone is selling at below 3.5p the only thing I can guess is that they are either buys as sell or those taking small profits from this mornings rise.

Fair enough. I missed the 'new' part when reading the deal so assumed it was a buyout. This does give the valuation at 3.5p like you're saying. Which should be base price for a rise. Ergo buy more now.

Ahh gotcha. Looks like we were saying the same thing. Deal is done, money on its way. When it gets here. It goes to 6.5p agreed?

This is a lot of shaking. Stops must be being hit. Probably will have to wait for the US to bounce this back to 4s

16.5 for 54% fine. 14 for 46% also fine. Conclusion that market cap is 10...you need to add the figures together to give company value. 100% of shares worth 30.5 / 1.33 gives £23mil market cap. 300m shares - so sp 6.5p.

The deal was at 3.5p sterling. The conversion was then done into dollars. You can't value a deal on the variation on exchange rates. The deal was 3.5p for 54%. An addition amount was paid for shares diluting to 51% share. $16.5m is being paid at whatever exchange rate it was on the day. Unless BAGR decided they would take that exposure...I highly doubt it.
