Remember how I said earlier in the day that the same ones who are complaining about the share price dropping are the same ones selling?
Robert, fair play on your decision, I admire the fact that you've come and out and said it compared to the other individuals.
However, I do feel like you'll end up buying back in a week or two, maybe if the share price drops to 18-19p.
Just my opinion, good luck.
I'm pretty certain half of the people who are moaning about the share price sliding are the ones contributing to the drop and who are selling stakes and or trading, which, there is nothing wrong with, but then if you're contributing to it then of course the share price will drop.
When there is selling pressure, the share price goes down.
There's a lot 'Frances' type of people in here, it's glaring to see, it's been going on since the 30p days when the share price was just stuck, the minute it ran up above 31/32p, everyone ran for the doors.
Aubery you don’t know how to read between the lines do you?
Leveraging in this sense means we want to put an EPC in place so that we have leverage over potential suitors in the future.
Let’s get it straight here, EUA don’t want to mine Monchetundra or the Rosgeo assets, it’s all about working on them until they are disposal assets, which is likely the reason we are still waiting to dispose MT, clearly there is something holding up the process and once that is out of the way, they will sell it.
Whenever your negotiating, you never give one party the upper hand, the EPC is what gives Eurasia strength at the negotiating table.
Perhaps Harris you could offer some constructive opinions and views on the company's assets instead of waffling 24/7?
Oh yes, I forgot, you jumped into this share as a rainbow chaser knowing nothing, and to this day, you still don't know anything about the share your invested in.
Which is why whenever someone checks you on your views or attempts a constructive debate, you turn it into a riddle or a sob story about a charity.
'Let’s hope for an after hours RNS so that all of those that sold today live to regret it. I’d laugh my socks off.'
Probably won't happen before the AGM, but for sure, at some point a few individuals, especially the ones who consistently moan and don't understand the meaning of an investment.
They will end up selling out the night before or an hour before an RNS is released, then spend the next few weeks ranting that it was the BOD's fault they missed out.
Harris, I'm sure you remember I didn't agree to anything with you.
If I remember correctly, you called me out for a statement, I backed it up with facts and then I asked you to justify your response with facts and you couldn't.
Hope you managed to sell out in this mornings spike, can't imagine how hard it is for you to suffer through this terrible scam.
What is your definition of ramping?
How can you ramp a stock that's been on a downward slope for the past 6 months?
I simply don't understand this logic.
There's so many opportunities in the market that are playground for rampers and quick flips, but you people sit here and accuse long-term investors of ramping whilst they watch their profits dwindle for the past 6 months just because they have belief in their investment.
It's called investing, a dying art in 2021 I must say.
Not sure why you guys are moaning about people selling or trading or whatever, and I can't see why some of you are talking down your own holdings.
The share price will obviously move around and some people are speculating.
Let the share price grow organically, don't pump it but there is no reason to talk it down, let the company at least update you first and present opportunities to fund the project.
'And why the heck doesn't the rest of the market realize what a bargain this is, and buy up all the shares they can?'
Because cronies like you have been doing day, night and overtime shifts for the past 2 years on LSE, ADVFN and Twitter to convince the world it's a scam.
You'd like to think at some point you guys would get tired, but if Jub can still be posting about EUA after losing it all, suppose nothing will stop you.
Suspect at some point our resident cronies may eventually give up and stop trying to bring the price down, they've tried constantly but it just doesn't budge.
It may drift down slightly to 20p/19p if our seller is still at it whilst we wait for news but it's not a big deal, it's opportunities to add.
The BOD are about to create something incredible on the Kola, so as Mac would say, sip on some of that Koka Kola.
Under the radar is better, allows for a more slow but sustained rise rather than a big spike and sell off.
MCAP is very very low here, so I think the first target here will be between 1.5p-3p.
Wages, salaries and director fees grew from £600k in 2019, to just over £1mil in 2020.
In 2019, £269k was paid out in salary and directors fees to directors, in 2020 this decreased to £254k.
Of the £1m in wages, salaries and director, £254k was disclosed as paid to directors.
In 2020 the Average no. of employees nearly doubled from 28 to 54.
So we saw a resulting increase of £400k in wages, salaries and director fees but remuneration disclosed as paid to directors remained consistant.
Therefore, it's pretty obvious to work out that Dmitry was highly unlikely to have been paid much, if at all for his new role as M&A officer.
When will some of you (Calamari especially) start realising the real money at stake for the directors is the value of their shares, their way out of this is asset sales and dividends, these puny amounts they are getting paid are drops in the bucket and are basically meangingless in the grand scheme of things.
If it's a £1.00 dividend, I think it will re-rate to about £1.05-£1.10, I expect the share price to drop to 5p-10p after a dividend, then it will slowly start rising again as the Rosgeo assets are developed.
Reason being if you sell 'substantially all' of the companies assets and pay out a dividend, the company effectively no longer 'owns' any assets of any real value at that point until they start developing the JV.
Regarding the NDAs, the FSP may be over but whilst the FSP was announced, it was stated that:
' All existing non-disclosure agreements interested parties have already signed with the Company in relation to the potential acquisition of the Monchetundra asset remain valid.'
So these may still be existing outside the parameter of the FSP.
Another thing to note is Veles, although it is plausible that they may have sold out, it is unlikely and would had to have been forward sold resulting in a depressed market for weeks on end.
Churakov sold 27.4m in a direct sale to Veles at 29p, for the market to absorb those levels of sells we would have seen a similar effect to the last 2 weeks, we didn't.
So then the only way for Veles to have sold since, it would have been at a loss, which is highly unlikely.
You can accuse the BOD of hiding behind phrases or making vague comments, etc.
But you simple maths and numbers don't lie, the fact is that institutions have been buying at market prices, including the first placing in August, at which the price before the placing on the 18th August, had never got beyond 23p, was sold at 22.5p and there were no signs of a depressed market, and infact the share price dropped to 17p following the placing.
I don't think these investors are parting with millions to sell at a loss.
It does seem intriguing, I mean, whatever, the guy has a right to an opinion as much as anyone else and can post what he likes but...
It's weird, one week he's posting like his life depends on his short and he must drag the price down, next week he's like I'm considering close my short after institutions bought at 26.5p, then the next week he is back at it again saying it's the easiest short ever and appearing at tactical times to have the most impact (share price dropping, annual report release).
All of this effort, for a £395 short, as intriguing as the EUA story might be, something doesn't add up, even for the most negative of attitudes towards this company.
One would also question, if nothing has changed as TMS claims since the initial bank engagement in 2019, why would you put such a small short on in the first place, surely there was more money on the sidelines before he placed his short for someone who has all the time in the world because he's managed to retire.
You could have put £395 into AMC at $10 last week and watched it fly into the 70s.
Stinks.
'Maybe read today’s RNS!
James “The Board is also focused on maximising shareholder value and continues to prioritise the potential for asset sales of the Company”'
DC, yes, if one asset, and another asset are being sold, you refer to it as asset sales.
If the company are planning to sell substantially all of their assets, it implies that they have more than one asset to sell.
So, are these not asset sales?
