"If we impose more sanctions, there will be more exceptions than measures," the newspaper quoted one of the sources, who also stressed that the new sanctions were over. Most European officials believe that without those sectors of the Russian economy that are not subject to restrictive measures, one or more EU member countries will not be able to exist, the newspaper writes.
