The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Im aware that Lancaster is due to be tied in to WOSPS after 3 years but was just looking for a logical reason why Hur wouldn't want to Commit to Lincoln crestal atm. I guess it all boils down to Spirits ongoing commitment which is all a bit ???
Thought perhaps it was logical that Hur would want to maximise their own wells and revenue before having to fund a WOSP tie in instead of funding one now from Lincoln but I'm probably being a bit simple
I watched some of the web link from the July CMD the other day.
At 1.52.25, Gas flaring was discussed & AS stated that if any Gt Warwick fields are tied back to the Aoka Mizu there is no gas flaring capacity & they have to tie back to WOSPS. Lancaster tho has flaring capacity.
Would the cost of tying into WOSPS make it better value to concentrate on Lancaster?
Albi1 i know we shouldn't feed the troll, but looking through all DOD posts almost every one criticises this BB, its posters & readers and then he claims TLF is the only sensible bb debating HUR.
So is he trying to discredit HUR or this board?
Im not being funny but are you going to believe some anonymous twonk on a bb, who admits to being ‘no geologist’ & won’t reveal any of his sources. He who initially sucked everyone onto his credible ramblings but now is just posting bull$hit that baffles brains

Well who do you trust??!
Anyway, the carnage with the share price has nothing to do with the disappointing WW drill results, its all down to this barely noticed disaster ;-)

I thought the Unilever takeover talk was fanciful tbh, but then I found this article that got me thinking it does just fit... https://www.ft.com/content/f1bdd72e-d5a9-11e7-8c9a-d9c0a5c8d5c9 Onwards & upwards, hope it holds up tomorrow and Wednesday will be another G & T day :-)
