RE: 100,00012 Jul 2018 22:49
This brings up again something I've raised a couple of times. For the past six months, and especially this last week, one of the very large holders must have been consistently selling. In ten days there have been over 2 million shares purchased in individual buys of 50,000 or more without the share price rising at all and without going into an auction situation.
With such a limited free float, this can't be lots of small holders bailing. The large 883,000 sale today seems to confirm that.
I am 99.9% positive about ZIOC, but the only thing nagging at me is that one of the very large (perhaps original) shareholders from several years ago is now selling. If anything was imminent that would result is a rise in the share price, why would they sell now?
It puzzles me. If I owned 2 million shares, I certainly would not lose patience and sell based on the good things we all know about.
Does anyone have any theories about where the shares are coming from to meet the large buys, and why there is no shortage of shares when anyone does want to buy big?
