They have had 6 months to produce these results, 6 months! What on earth is the point of an AGM when you can't ratify anything?

Supposed to be 21 clear days notice of an AGM as well. Is that not another breach?

Interesting that Dr was told by the company results would be November and indeed the companies own web site says the same.

So what has happened to delay things in such a short period?

Ears; I'm pretty sure the AGM has to be held 6 months after financial year end for a AIM listed company

I'm also pretty sure Final Results must be available to shareholders at least 21 days before an AGM but this is a Companies House breach not an AIM breach so at best a slap I guess?

Well I've asked the question direct to "The Insolvency service" because I cannot see anything anywhere allowing this to happen

Penalty for not holding AGM within 6 months of financial year end is nothing compared to not publishing results within 6 months so if not tomorrow expect AGM breach and move.

Ah got you, so the market should brush this set of results under the carpet and look at the forward statement and believe every word.
