The point being made I think is the lack of accuracy in the RNS content for a decade or more and yet the Nomad still signs them off.

The word temporary being used here surely means the maximum 6 month window before delisting from the index?

Thanks Ian. I was aware of the 6 month rule for AIM but something in the back of mind there was a Companies house rule as well?

I think they have until 31st March to submit the Final Accounts to Companies House?

No Nomad resignation is a very good sign

Lol Littlejohn are the biggest Auditors on AIM lol, pmsl and WSG Blame them !

Well WSG will need to find an auditor to sign off the results already refused by Littlejohn (it would seem?) six months to do that so plenty of time.

But, and here's the thing, it would not surprise me if the Nomad resigns on Friday (just imo) and then they only have 4 weeks to find another.

The Nomad has clearly failed to govern WSG and its own reputation might be deemed damaged
